The case is structured to have a first section hingedly coupled to a second section such that the case is positionable in an open positioned and a closed position. Each of a plurality of cards contains information about the pet to allow an observer to properly care for the pet. Each of a plurality of first holders is coupled to the first section. Each of the first holders receives associated ones of the cards to display the cards to an observer. Each of a pair of second holders is coupled to the second section. Each of the second holders receives associated ones of the cards to display the cards to the observer.

摘要： An apparatus and method for locating and removing a card such as an identification, membership, or banking card from a wallet, purse, or other card holding device. The apparatus includes a flat thin member with a gripping terminus at a first distal end and a coupling implement at a second distal end. The coupling implement is capable of coupling with a card. When coupled to a card that is inserted into the pocket or sleeve of a card holding device the gripping terminus is visible beyond the edge of the card and serves as both a visible indicant of the location of the particular card and an ergonomic and convenient point to grasp and pull to extract the card from the pocket or sleeve.

摘要： A transaction card assembly includes a transaction card, a foldable backer, and an article. The transaction card includes an account identifier fixedly connected thereto. The account identifier is machine readable by a point-of-sale terminal and links the transaction card to a financial account or record. The foldable backer supports the transaction card and defines an interior surface, an exterior surface opposite the interior surface, and a viewing aperture extending from the interior surface to the exterior surface. The article is coupled with the interior surface of the foldable backer such that a portion of the article is viewable through the viewing aperture when the foldable backer is in a folded configuration around the article. Stored-value cards, combinations, methods of facilitating use of a transaction product and other embodiments are also disclosed.

摘要： A protective label form and carrier is disclosed which includes a carrier (A) having individual label forms (B) carried horizontally spaced on the carrier. Each label form (B) includes a first panel (C) and a coplanar panel (D) which pass between a platen of the printer in a single plane. A label (K) is releasably carried by panel (C) and is printed. As the labels pass continuously through the printer, serial printing of serial numbers and other matter is easily done. Once printed, the individual label forms (B) are removed, panel (D) folds over panel (C) by means of a hinge (F) provided by plastic film attached to a backside (34) of panel (C). A perforated marginal tab (G) separates from plastic film (E) to expose an adhesive alignment margin (26). Adhesive margin (26) adheres to the left margin of panel (C) so that plastic film (E) is evenly overlaid over label (K) as panel (D) is peeled off by pulling tab (G). Overlaid plastic film (E) and label (K) may then be removed by severing across a tear line (36) and removed from panel (C). The composite label (50 ) consisting of protective film (E) and label (K) may then be affixed to a product.

摘要： Warranty plaques, such as are commonly adhered to batteries, are comprised of a base layer of opaque plastic film carrying a layer of adhesive on its lower surface, an intermediate transparent plastic film adhered to the upper surface of the base layer and carrying printed information on its upper surface, and a cover layer of a transparent plastic film adhered to the upper surface of the intermediate layer. In the preferred construction, the intermediate layer and overlying cover layer may be scored or cut to permit a portion of the intermediate and cover layers to be detached from the base layer for attachment to warranty forms or other records. The arrangement of the elements of this plaque facilitates adhesion of the plaque to the battery, protects the information contained on the plaque from intentional or environmental alteration or mutilation, and provides a simple means for removing a portion of the plaque for identification purposes.

摘要： The present invention relates to banking card stickers that provide protection of information displayed on banking cards, by allowing the user to apply an adhesive backed, tamper evident and opaque sticker over all but the last four numbers of the user's card on the front and back of the card, the card code number on either the front or rear of the card, and the card's signature block. Each strip is adhesive backed and opaque. Different embodiments of the security stickers are provided for the user to choose for different kinds of banking cards. An adhesive sticker kit for banking cards may have at least two adhesive stickers covering the front and back of the bank account numbers displayed on the banking cards, at least one sticker of different size covering the security code of the banking cards, another sticker covering the signature block, and at least one sticker displays account information protection advisory statements. The security sticker substrate has a top layer that will crack if someone attempts to remove the sticker from the card, thereby alerting the cardholder that someone has tampered with the banking card. The cardholder may then notify the bank service provider that the card has been compromised.
