摘要： In a CD player, a connection tray is mounted in a cabinet in a shiftable manner among a retracted position, a first projected position, and a second projected position. The connection tray has an upper tray and a lower tray. The upper tray has a first connector, a second connector, and a stopper. The lower tray has an unlock button, a movable plate, and a lock plate. A lock bracket is formed with a lock depression into which a lock boss is inserted to lock the connection tray in the first projected position, in shifting the connection tray forward from the retracted position. In a front surface of the lock bracket, a lock projection is formed. The lock projection receives the lock boss to lock the connection tray in the second projected position.

摘要： A disk-chucking device comprises a pressing member including a circular groove which is provided around a circumference of the clamp member, and a clamping member mounted on a turning plate for clasping the circular groove of the pressing member. The turning plate provides a through hole at the center thereof which allows the pressing member passing through, and a plurality of first notch portions disposed along the circumference of the through hole. The turning plate is slidably connected to a mounting board through the clamping member. The turning plate can rotate with respect to the mounting board to move the pressing member vertically. Thus, the pressing member can be pressed onto and removed from a disk support of the displayer according to the rotation of the turning plate. The present disk-chucking device can chuck the disk securely regardless of the position of the disk player.

摘要： It is an object of the present invention to provide a disc transfer mechanism that includes a simply configured tray to be moved and that is reliable in installing and removing a disc. When a tray (1) is drawn out as shown in FIG. 8(a), a positioning protrusion (33a) of a disc receiving member (23) determines a position at which a disc (34) is placed. The tray (1) is pushed in as shown in FIGS. 8(b) to 8(c) until a central hole (35) in the disc (34) reaches a position over a turntable (9). Subsequently, a disc receiving member (23) moves to the front end of the tray (1) relative to the movement of the tray to the internal end as shown in FIGS. 8(d) and (e) to enable the disc to be installed and removed stably.

摘要： An optical disc clamp mechanism that is capable of selectively playing back either of a compact disc or a mini disc. The clamp mechanism includes a circular disc receiving section for contacting a reference surface of either of the compact disc or the mini disc and further includes a magnetic clamp unit for clamping the mini disc by magnetic attraction with a magnetically attractable member of the mini disc. A first conical or spherical taper cone portion for engaging the center hole of the mini disc is mounted to the disc receiving section and a second conical or spherical taper cone portion for engaging the center hole of the compact disc is mounted to the disc receiving section. The first taper cone portion is located inwardly of the second taper cone portion and protrudes from the second taper cone portion in the axial direction. The magnetic clamp unit further includes a stopper element for preventing detachment of the first and second taper cone portions from the disc receiving section. Accordingly, the optical disc clamp mechanism independently affects the centering of a mini disc and a compact disc to allow either of the discs to be centered.
