    摘要: A multiple spindle winding machine includes a conveyor belt for advancing a plurality of workpiece carriers frictionally engaged thereto to a winding station and a processing station. Each workpiece carrier includes at least two spaced apart coil holding fixtures rigidly secured to a base plate and cooperable with the winding station. A lifting device having guide rails laterally displaced from the conveyor elevates one of the workpiece carriers from the conveyor belt to the winding station. The winding station includes a wire guide and a cutting device mounted to a pivotable arm for providing wire to be wound around a coil. Wire residue is collected by a holding pin positioned on the workpiece carrier.

    摘要: Disclosed is an automatic wire replacing system for use in an automatic wire coiling apparatus including spindle having bobbins, at least one group of nozzle members, and a moving/controlling mechanism. The system comprises chucking means equipped on the moving/controlling mechanism so as to chuck a nozzle bar, a nozzle carrier so disposed as to travel in a manner that it can move toward and away from the chucking means, a plurality of clipping bases so disposed that two or more of them are arranged in parallel on each side of a travelling path for the nozzle carrier, and an extending retracting means for extending a corresponding one of the clipping bases onto the nozzle carrier and retracting it from the nozzle carrier.

    摘要: A coil forming apparatus includes: a coil winding jig that winds the belt-shaped coil, the coil winding jig including a plurality of comb-shaped grooves on an outer periphery thereof; a coil conveying mechanism that pivotally conveys the belt-shaped coil along at least a portion of the outer periphery of the coil winding jig; and guide members guide the belt-shaped coil in an arc shape while being in contact with the side ends. The guide members guide the belt-shaped coil so as to be in an arc shape having a diameter smaller than an outer diameter of the coil winding jig in a second half portion of the belt-shaped coil upon pivot conveying, and allow the plurality of straight portions to be inserted into a respective one of the plurality of comb-shaped grooves of the coil winding jig.

    摘要: A method of manufacturing a coil for a torque sensor includes: holding a bobbin with a jig, the bobbin being formed in a cylindrical shape and provided with first inclined grooves and second inclined grooves on a cylindrical outer peripheral surface of the bobbin, the first inclined grooves being inclined at a preset specified angle with respect to an axial direction of the cylindrical shape, and the second inclined grooves being inclined at the specified angle with respect to the axial direction in a direction opposite to the first inclined grooves; and rotating the bobbin while simultaneously supplying insulated wires from nozzles arranged to surround the bobbin, and driving the nozzles in a direction orthogonal to a rotation direction of the bobbin so as to wind the insulated wires around the bobbin along the first inclined grooves or the second inclined grooves.

    摘要: Apparatus for aligning magnetic wire aligns magnetic wires on a wire alignment substrate along its base lines, which are positions the magnetic wires are aligned with, with a small interval and without inducing torsional stresses. A microscope is used to detect misplacement between the base line and a reference line that is the magnetic wire taking a form of a straight line under application of tensile force and pulled out by a wire chuck. The misplacement is corrected using a position adjustment device of a substrate attaching base to which the wire alignment substrate is attached. The magnetic wires are temporarily fixed to the wire alignment substrate by magnetic power, and then permanently fixed to the wire alignment substrate using resin while free from the torsional stresses.
