    摘要: A contact-finger-element includes a first contact-portion and a second-contact-portion which are suitable for engaging with a first conducting terminal and with a second conducting-terminal respectively; the first-contact-portion and the second-contact-portion have respective cross-sections including concave “V”-shaped profiles, each concave “V”-shaped profile having two straight portions mutually tilted by a respective included angle which is adapted so as to enable the first contact-portion and the second-contact-portion to tangentially contact with a curved surface of the first conducting terminal and of the second conducting terminal respectively at intermediate zones of the respective straight portions. There is also disclosed a tulip-contact assembly comprising a plurality of such contact-finger-elements.

    摘要: A power relay for a vehicle has a housing and two connecting bolts that are introduced into the housing so as to contact a load current circuit. The power relay further having a coil assembly that is arranged in the housing, the coil assembly contains a magnetic coil and a magnetic armature that is coupled by way of a force-transferring member to a contact bridge that can be moved in a reversible manner between a closed position and an opened position and can be displaced in the housing under the effect of a magnetic field that is generated by the magnetic coil. The contact bridge supports two contact elements that together with the mating contacts of the connecting pin form a first contact pair and a second contact pair. The contact pairs form a three point bearing arrangement in the closed position.

    摘要: A low profile switch or keypad has one or more touch pads (14) formed integrally with and raised from a surrounding membrane or key mat (15) of elastomeric material by a wall (30) of resiliently deformable material of thickness and angle relative to the mat (15) so that the wall (30) can flex under finger pressure on the or each pad (14) without deflecting the surrounding membrane. The underside of each pad (14) is formed with a convex contact pad (29) dimensioned in relation to the pad diameter and travel and the length of wall (30) so that the pad (29) makes surface to surface contact with conductors (12), (13) of an underlying circuit board (10). The mat (15) is held in tension to the board (10) fits. The keyboard uses only two interfitting parts and needs no bezel but provides a tactile response to key depression.

    摘要: A double-domed elastomeric keyboard element is disclosed in which a solid contact disc is connected to the junction of the domes of the keyboard element housing. The inner dome is provided on its inside with a downwardly extending projection which engages the contact disc when the keyboard element is depressed to press the disc against a pair of conductors on a printed circuit board below the element. Because of the non-positive connection between the key plunger and the conductors, the contact pressure is almost equal to the operating force.
