    摘要: A key assembly and electronic device is provided. The key assembly is disposed at a housing of the electronic device. The key assembly includes a circuit board, a shaft, a limiting portion, a contact element and an elastic element. The circuit board disposed in the housing has a first contact and a second contact. The shaft penetrates through the housing and the circuit board and having a first end and a second end. The limiting portion is located at the second end of the shaft. The contact element is located between the housing and the circuit board. The elastic element is coupled between the shaft and the circuit board. When the shaft drives the contact element to move toward the circuit board for the contact element to contact the second contact, the second contact is electrically connected to the first contact through the contact element to generate an electrical signal.

    摘要: A foil-type switching element comprises a first carrier foil and a second carrier foil arranged at a certain distance from each other by means of a spacer 10. The spacer 10 comprises at least one recess 12 defining an active area of the switching element. At least two electrodes and a layer of pressure sensitive material are arranged within the active area of the switching element between the first and second carrier foils in such a way that, in response to a pressure acting on the active area of the switching element, the first and second carrier foils are pressed together against the reaction force of the elastic carrier foils and an electrical contact is established between the at least two electrodes via the pressure sensitive material. The active area comprises an inner region 14 and a number of outer regions 18, the inner region having a generally convex shape and the outer regions extending outwardly from said inner region.

    摘要: A magnetically actuated pushbutton switch has individual switch modules pre-assembled as standalone subassemblies. Each subassembly has a platform with a cavity on its underside. A portion of the platform is magnetized. A metallic armature is held in the cavity by the magnetic attraction of the platform. The switch subassemblies are mounted on a substrate that has switch contacts thereon. The armature is movable into and out of shorting relation with the contacts. A major spacer on the substrate has openings aligned with the switch contacts for receiving the subassemblies. An overlay film covers the subassemblies and major spacer. The armature may have a lens therein for transmitting backlighting. The platform can be magnetized at the time of installation on the substrate.

    摘要: A membrane horn switch assembly for operating a horn of a vehicle, the horn switch assembly includes a membrane switch with an upper nonconductive sheet having a first electrically conductive coating and a lower nonconductive sheet with a second electrically conductive coating, the second electrically conductive coating including a first conductive grid and a second conductive grid, the first electrically conductive coating being in a facially spaced relationship with respect to the second electrically conductive coating. A nonconductive spacer is positioned in between the first electrically conductive coating and the second electrically conductive coating, the nonconductive spacer having a plurality of openings aligning with portions of the first conductive grid and said second conductive grid. A plurality of first concentrators and second concentrators depend upwardly from a reaction surface, the plurality of first concentrators maintaining the second plurality of concentrators in a facing spaced relationship with respect to the membrane horn switch, the plurality of second concentrators selectively communicating portions of the first conductive grid and second conductive grid, when a force is applied to the horn switch assembly.
