    摘要: A switchgear driving device has a rod coupled to a movable electrode; an operation piston connected to the rod; and an operation cylinder in which an operation piston slides. A main control valve controls the pressure of the hydraulic oil in the operation cylinder. A turning-on pressure accumulation piston slides inside a turning-on pressure accumulation chamber; and a turning-on pressure accumulation spring imparts a driving force to the turning-on pressure accumulation piston to pressurize the hydraulic oil within the turning-on pressure accumulation chamber. A turning-off pressure accumulation piston slides inside a turning-off pressure accumulation chamber. A turning-off pressure accumulation spring imparts a driving force to the turning-off pressure accumulation piston to pressurize the hydraulic oil in the turning-off pressure accumulation chamber. A spring case accommodates the turning-on pressure accumulation spring and the turning-off pressure accumulation spring, wherein the turning-off pressure accumulation spring is arranged inside the turning-on pressure accumulation spring.

    摘要: Operating mechanism for medium and high voltage switchgear, in which a rotatable main shaft is coupled to a switch, and a rocker plate is rotatable with the main shaft, the main shaft being arranged to open and close said switch by tilting the rocker plate. The rocker plate constitutes a plurality of force transmission levers and comprises a plurality of zones distributed around the main shaft. A rotary actuator has force transmitting means for driving the rocker plate in a direction corresponding to closing of the switch, and an opening spring for driving the rocker plate in a direction corresponding to opening of the switch. Closed switch locking means are coupled to the rocker plate (4) and are disposed substantially in a common plane of the rocker plate.

    摘要: An operating mechanism for a rectilinear motion circuit-breaker, for performing an open-close-reopen cycle, and operating on an operating rod of the circuit-breaker and including closing and opening springs. The opening spring operates on the operating rod. The closing spring operates on a crank end whose other end is connected to a shaft fastened to a flywheel and on which is mounted a closing cam cooperating with a roller on the operating rod. A closing pawl retains the closing spring in a compressed position, opening the closing pawl releasing the closing spring to rotate the cam, thereby closing the circuit-breaker and rearming the opening spring. A rearming motor couples to the shaft by a freewheel. A pawl triggers opening retaining the operating rod against force of the opening spring in the closed position of the circuit-breaker and is adapted to receive an opening command.

The time period is reduced by prearming the mechanical operating linkage after each switch operation.     摘要: Device for moving an element between two end positions and for selectively holding this element alternately in one of these positions, comprising an energy buffer mechanically coupled with this element, which buffer may be in one of two corresponding stationary end states, in which the energy is present in the form of potential energy, and in intermediate translation states, in which potential energy is transformed in kinetic energy and vice versa, a mass driven by the energy buffer and moved to one of the two end positions, and locking means for each of the two end states of the energy buffer. According to the present invention the mass is movable elastically over a predetermined distance with respect to the energy buffer and with respect to the element, so that when the element reaches one of its end positions the mass can move further over a predetermined distance towards its end position, thus transforming all kinetic in potential energy. Preferably the energy buffer is a helical spring, housed in a cylindrical mass. Each spring end is received in a spring support, which rests upon an inward end flange of the mass. Each spring support may cooperate with a stationary stop, mounted on the housing wall, which stop can enter the mass through an opening in the said flanges, to arrest the spring supports. The movable element may be formed by one of these spring supports, and may operate the movable switch contact of an electrical switch.

    摘要: An improved operator for a high-voltage switch. Prior art operators have a drive member connected to the switch for operation thereof. Immediately after the switch is opened, the drive member is held by a first latch and a spring is automatically charged to bias the drive member to close the switch. When the first latch selectively releases the drive member, it moves to close the switch. Immediately thereafter, the drive member is again held by a second latch and the spring is automatically charged to bias the drive member to open the switch. When the second latch releases the drive member, it now moves to open the switch. In prior art operators the latches sometimes fail to immediately hold the drive member rendering ineffective attempts to recharge the spring. A control system is provided which permits charging of the spring only if the respective latches hold the drive member following a switch operation. The system also reinitiates the prior charging of the spring if, after the drive member moves to operate the switch, the respective latches do not hold the drive member. Reinitiation of the spring charging holds the drive member until the latches succeed in holding it.

An air motor recharging system includes an air motor operably coupled to the operating mechanism for recharging a closing spring. The air motor recharging system further comprises a solenoid valve that, when in an open position, supplies pressurized air to the air motor from a pressurized air storage tank at a preferred operating pressure sufficient to enable the air motor to drive a charging shaft and gear assembly to recharge a closing spring. The circuit breaker system further comprises an air compressor to delivers compressed air to the air storage tank to fill and maintain the storage tank at a preferred storage pressure.
