Abstract:
A tool for the removal or installation of a fuse includes a first tool arm and a second tool arm pivotally mounted to the first tool arm about an axis. A second fuse holder spreader finger section is movable away from a first fuse holder spreader finger section and a second fuse pusher finger section is movable toward a first fuse pusher finger section in response to a first handle section being moved toward a second handle section.
Abstract:
A multi-purpose tool singularly provides all functions necessary to remove a blade-type fuse, clean the male blades of a fuse, and clean contact points of a female fuse receptacle. The tool also may provide a battery-powered circuit to check the continuity of a fuse. The tool includes a pair of abrasive tabs for cleaning female fuse receptacles, a slot with at least one abrasive surface for cleaning male fuse blades, and a pair of picking arms for grasping a fuse.
Abstract:
The invention provides a fuse holder attachable to a frame and retainable a fuse, having a pair of flexible arms extending in the same direction as the fuse holder is attached to the frame and moveably attached or coupled to the frame while retaining the fuse therein.
Abstract:
A portable caddy for fuse service repair which contains fuse blade and receptacle cleaning tools, a voltage continuity tester, a fuse removal tool and a separate fuse container.
Abstract:
An electrical component holder contains an electrical component to be connected to an internal circuit of a vehicle-installed electrical junction box. The holder has a casing main body and a lid to be mounted on an upper surface of the casing main body. The casing main body has a box-like configuration that is open at a lower end so that the casing main body can be placed on an electrical component mounting section of the electrical junction box. The casing main body has an upper wall that defines a through-hole that receives and holds a support portion of a terminal member of the electrical component. The support portion of the terminal member is inserted into and secured to the through-hole so that the terminal member projects into a hollow interior of the casing main body. The terminal member is inserted into and secured to a terminal aperture in the electrical component mounting section, under the condition that the casing main body is attached to the electrical component mounting section.

Abstract:
A fuse puller includes a body, and a first fuse that is permanently engaged with the body in fixed relation thereto. A electric junction box includes the fuse puller and a fuse mounting surface to which a plurality of fuses including the first fuse are mounted so as to be arranged in parallel to each other.
Abstract:
A handheld device having a lamp for testing and clipping a blade fuse includes a handle having two probes extended therefrom, a clamp formed on one end of the handle, and an indicator for indicating the condition of the fuse. One of the probes is movably disposed on the handle, thereby allowing the adjustment of separation between two probes. Finally, one side of the handle includes a first lamp, which is disposed parallel to the probes and is electrically connected to the circuit board for illuminating the fuse to be tested. The other side of the handle includes a second lamp, which is disposed parallel to the clamp and is electrically connected to the circuit board for illuminating the fuse to be pulled out.

Abstract:
A cutout fuse tube mounting tool includes a pole that has an upper end. A plate has a first lateral edge and a second lateral edge. Each of a pair of arms is attached to and extends away from one of the first and second lateral edges. Each of a pair of discs has an inner side and an outer side. The inner sides are each attached to an end of one of the arms. Each of the discs has a diameter smaller than an inner diameter of a loop attached to a cutout fuse tube. A coupler is configured to secure the plate to the upper end of the pole so that the top edge of the plate is directed away from the upper end. Each of the arms may be engaged with one of a pair of cutout fuse tubes by engaging an associated cutout fuse loop.
