    摘要: An amplifier includes a differential amplifier stage, a voltage amplification stage and a power output stage. The bias level of the output stage is proportional to current through the voltage amplification stage. The voltage amplification stage includes a current mirror whereby controlled current through a first leg of the current mirror controls current through the remaining, second leg, which, in turn, determines the bias level of the power output stage. Control circuitry senses a parameter of the amplifier, such as DC bias or input signal level to generate a control signal which is applied to the first leg of the current mirror to thereby control bias level of the power output stage.

    摘要: An amplifier includes a differential amplifier stage, a voltage amplification stage and a power output stage. The bias level of the output stage is proportional to current through the voltage amplification stage.     摘要: A method and related circuit structure correlate the transconductance value of transistors of different type, for example MOS transistors and bipolar transistors. The structure comprises a first differential cell formed by transistors of the first type and a second differential cell formed by transistors of the second type connected to each other by means of a circuit portion responsible for calculating an error signal obtained as difference between the cell differential currents and applied to said first differential cell and to an output node of the same circuit structure obtaining a transconductance correlation independent from process tolerances and temperature.

    摘要: A small signal amplifier with a large signal output boost stage are connected between first and second supply rails. The small signal amplifier receives first and second input signals and provides an output signal at an output node which drives a load. Under small signal conditions, the output signal varies approximately linearly with the difference voltage. However, under large signal conditions, a rail-to-rail large signal output boost stage connected to the output node is arranged to drive the output node close to the first or second supply rail as needed to provide the current demanded by the load. The large signal output boost stage is off in small signal conditions, but comes on rapidly and transfers maximum charge to the load under large signal conditions.
