A computing device receives a broadcast station identifier and a program identifier from a client computing device. The computing device determines that the client computing device is authorized to access media content identified by the program identifier based at least in part on the broadcast station identifier. Finally, the computing device streams the media content to the client computing device in response to determining that the client computing device is authorized to access the media content.

In an exemplary embodiment, a base station may acquire a high-stability reference signal via a subcarrier of a terrestrial broadcast signal, such as an FM radio signal, and may coordinate the timing frame transmissions with other nearby base stations, instead of relying upon a GPS signal for such functionality.

The content orchestration engine is also configured to identify customization guidelines corresponding to a destination of the customized content stream, and to determine instructions for assembling the customized content stream based on the data and the customization guidelines.

After that, a plurality of indices corresponding to a plurality of maximal values in the accumulated cross-correlation result is found out according to the accumulated cross-correlation result. Finally, a present main identifier (MainId) and a present sub-identifier (SubId) are calculated according to the four indices corresponding to the four maximal values, wherein the cross-correlation calculation is conducted on the TII signal and the PRS of every two adjacent sub-carriers.
