    摘要: A speaker comprises at least four diaphragms, inner connecting rods, outer connecting rods, and a cavity sealing housing. Diaphragms spaced apart from each other respectively form a set of diaphragms. The two sets of diaphragms move relative to each other. Connecting points are provided on rigid domes of each of the diaphragms. The inner connecting rods are connected to the diaphragms via the connecting points on the domes. The inner connecting rods respectively connected to the two sets of diaphragms are connected one to another via different outer connecting rods. Cavities of the speaker are formed between adjacent diaphragms. Cavities spaced apart from each other jointly form a front acoustic cavity. The cavities adjacent to the front acoustic cavity form a rear acoustic cavity. The cavity sealing housing seals the front acoustic cavity/rear acoustic cavity, thus allowing separation of the front and rear acoustic cavities of the speaker.

    摘要: A loudspeaker used mainly for mobile communication equipment such as a mobile telephone and having two loudspeaker parts provided in one frame is provided. In the loudspeaker, a yoke has a groove portion and a second voice coil disposed in this groove portion drives a second diaphragm. Since the groove portion functioning as a magnetic gap is formed by processing the yoke, variation in the magnetic gap, which conventionally occurred at the time of incorporation, is eliminated and accuracy is improved, thus stabilizing the sound pressure frequency property.

    摘要: A speaker has a magnet structure mounted ahead of the speaker diaphragm to produce a shallow compact unit. The magnet structure defines a flux gap, and a voice coil residing in the flux gap is connected to a main diaphragm such that drive current applied to the voice coil moves the diaphragm to generate sound. The voice coil and magnet structure provide a flux gap at the rear of the magnet structure, ahead of and centered on the main diaphragm, while the magnet occupies space within the cone, freeing up space in the rear. In one embodiment, the magnet structure has an additional flux gap located at its forward end and the speaker includes an additional diaphragm driven by a coil positioned in the additional flux gap. The main diaphragm and additional diaphragm are better positioned to maintain a common sound center for enhanced spatial fidelity and different tuning techniques present a broad flat response below crossover to form a pinpoint sound source of wide angular coverage. The back wave couples directly into an enclosure, which may be a shallow, panel mount assembly. The magnet structure may possess an opening extending through the center of the structure allowing control over the acoustics through enclosure compliance or damping effects to enhance response of the system.

A couple of voice coils 28 and 29 are put around the circumferential outer surface of the voice coil bobbin 25 at the positions thereof facing one end and the other end of the magnet 23. A magnet 32 is disposed within the voice coil bobbin 25, and develops two magnetic fields in a state that the first and second voice coils 28 and 29 are located between the one and other ends of the first magnet 23. Dampers 26 and 27 support the voice coil bobbin 25 at positions such that the voice coil bobbin 25 is axially vibratory. Those positions are located on both sides of and symmetrical with respect to those portions of the voice coil bobbin 25 which are respectively wound with the voice coils 28 and 29.
