摘要： A venturi eduction and scrubbing system comprising a first container and a second container in fluid communication each having a liquid treatment reagent therein. The liquid treatment reagent establishes liquid levels in the first and second containers. A waste inlet which contains waste gas or liquid to be processed is connected to at least one venturi eductor. The venturi eductors are also connected to the first container and are disposed above the liquid level of the first and second container. A pump is connected to the second container and each venturi eductor. The pump enables liquid treatment reagent to be pumped from the second container into the venturi eductors such that the waste gas or liquid is drawn from the waste inlet into the venturi eductors where it combines with the liquid treatment reagent and is thereby neutralized. The arrangement of contains and venturies provide a failsafe mechanism for preventing suckback into the waste container.

摘要： A refrigerator counter includes a goods receiving chamber and a counter bed. Following cooling by a cooling source and following moistening by hot steam of an air moistening system, a circulating air current is conveyed through the goods receiving chamber and from it at least in part back to the cooling source and to a steam feed point. Following cooling, at least one portion of the resultant cold air is branched off from the circulating air current and is swirled in a mixed air chamber with hot steam guided into the mixed air chamber. Resulting moistened mixed air is conveyed by at least one steam outlet nozzle into the goods receiving chamber.

摘要： A humidifier device to prevent warping, cracking and shrinking of elements in stringed or other musical instruments subject to modification by reason of a lack of moisture in the instrument carrying case. The device comprises a small, sealed housing detachably securable to the interior of the instrument case and provides a refillable and leak-proof reservoir which feeds water or other evaporatable fluid to the top, bottom and inner peripheral side walls of an absorbent ring when the reservoir is filled to capacity; and when partially full and in any position of the carrying case water feed to the absorbent ring is maintained along at least one of the absorbent ring walls. A control ring is further provided which is rotatable about the housing to increase or decrease the evaporation rate of water from the housing ports communicating with the absorbent ring.
