Abstract:
A money clip device, including: a central body portion; and three or more elongate arm portions extending radially from the central body portion and configured to retain an item to be held. The central body portion and the three or more elongate arm portions collectively define a space in which the item to be held is retained. Optionally, the money clip device also includes a wallet insert disposed within the central body portion and the three or more elongate arm portions. Optionally, at least one of the three or more elongate arm portions is manufactured from a substantially flexible material and comprises a pull tab by which the elongate arm portion may be grasped by a user. The money clip device further includes a decorative insignia disposed on one or more of the central body portion and the three or more elongate arm portions.
Abstract:
A clipboard having first and second panels that are integrally coupled together. In one embodiment, the clipboard comprises a first panel having a top end; a second panel having a top end, the first and second panels coupled together by a first hinge connecting the top end of the first panel to the top end of the second panel; the second panel comprising: a second hinge that divides the second panel into a cover portion and a clip portion; and a third hinge that divides the clip portion of the second panel into a first section and a second section.
Abstract:
A binder clip includes a clamping member of spring steel having jaws interconnected by a transverse portion, and a pair of handles each formed of two legs mounted at spaced positions to adjacent the free ends of the jaws. A portion of one leg of one handle extends adjacent one edge of a jaw of the clamping member to adjacent the transverse portion, where another portion of the leg is directed inwardly; and a portion of the other leg of that handle extends adjacent the other edge of the jaw of the clamping member to adjacent the transverse portion, where another portion of the leg is directed inwardly. There is thus provided a space between the two legs so that an element such as a label holder can be mounted on the jaw of the clamping member, without interference from the legs of the handle.
Abstract:
A clamping assembly for selectively retaining a stack of pages includes a bottom disk that may be positioned proximate the stack of pages. A tube is operationally coupled to the bottom disk. A top disk is operationally coupled to the tube. The top disk selectively compresses the stack of pages between the top and bottom disks. A retainer is operationally coupled to the top disk. The retainer retains the top disk on the stack of pages. A release is operationally coupled to the top disk. The release may selectively release the top disk from the stack of pages.
Abstract:
First and second plates have a space between them. Each plate has parallel top and bottom edges, parallel inner and outer edges, and interior and exterior surfaces. First and second fingering assemblies include fingers fabricated of a flexible material. Each finger includes a terminal projection extending into the space between the support plates. The fingers may move into and out of the space between the support plates. First and second tubes are provided. Each tube is coupled to the inner edge of an associated plate. Each tube has circumferential recesses with C-shaped clips positioned within the circumferential recesses. In this manner the tubes are secured together. Also in this manner rotation of the tubes and support plates is allowed.

Abstract:
The present disclosure provides a simpler paper fastener, comprising: an upper binding piece in shape of a long strip, binding strips, a lower binding piece in shape of a long strip, wherein there are two binding strips, which are respectively connected to the two ends of the upper binding piece, the two ends of the lower binding piece each have a binding hole. Most importantly, the distance between the middle parts of the two ends of the lower binding piece is equal to or less than the length of the upper binding piece. In the present disclosure, by modifying the length of the lower binding piece without mounting two sliding pieces thereon, an embodiment of the present invention reduces manufacturing processes of a traditional paper fastener and improves the fixing effect of binding.
Abstract:
In accordance with at least one embodiment, a clamp is being formed of a length of metallic or composite wire, primarily for securing a plurality of paper of sheet material. Two independent spline portions are disposed between two respective independent planar end portions with a planar body. The body consists of two legs and a connector. Each end portion makes two points of contact with each respective leg and is capable of having a load of potential energy in a free state. The end portions each overlap the body and are capable of being inwardly flipped to an opposing major planar face of the body. The end portions may each be manually bent away from the opposing face, and be brought back to rest on the original face of the body. This operation increases a holding strength, spring load or potential energy. Double and single clamping effects are provided.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a clip for clipping together sheets which are made of paper, plastic, metal etc, on the corners or sides thereof. Said clip is U-shaped and comprises two similar or different limps. The stack of paper is clipped together between said two limps or by means of projections incorporated therein. The invention is characterised in that said clip is embodied as a triangular single piece or is trapezium-shaped or is shaped like a semi-circle or is semi-elliptically shapes with limpbs (1, 1a or 1b) which are arranged parallel to each other when in the rest position. The two limbs (1, 1a or 1b) comprise a small fold (3), which is inwardly curved an which bends to form an acute or obtuse angle (3a), on each side (4) forming an acute angle or an obtuse angle (4a) with the back (2) or on each vertex (8). The two limbs (6) are arranged on top of each, parallel to each other and are connected together without mutual contact by means of a spring (7) both in a rest position and also in a position wherein a stack of sheets is clipped. The clip is displaced in the direction of the edge (4) or the back (2) on the stack of paper and is clipped by the pre-tensed back (2) or the spring (7) on the folds (3) which are inwardly curved.
Abstract:
The present invention is a foldable clipboard that generally comprises a flat board with an upper end and a lower end. Each flat board includes a writing surface and a rear surface. The foldable clipboard further includes an engagement means that engages the flat boards and an attachment means proximate the upper end of the writing surface. The plurality of folding serrations allows the clipboard to be in open and closed positions and provides a continuous and smooth writing surface when in an open position. The foldable clipboard protects the paper by providing an external cover in the closed position. The clipboard may include locking means to prevent unwanted movement and ensure a flat writing surface in an open position.
