摘要： To connect a belt connecting member (4) of a first member (1) with a snap hook (5) of a second member (2), a neck portion (21) having a circular cross section is provided so as to project from a connecting portion of the snap hook (5), a bulging portion (22) is provided on a tip end of the neck portion (21) so as to radially bulge to define an engaging portion (23), a fitting hole (13) is provided on a connecting portion of the belt connecting member (4) with an engaged portion (15) that is engageable with the bulging portion (22), the engaged portion (15) and the engaging portion (23) are formed in an oval shape having a long axis (L, L′) in a flush plane of the belt connecting member (4) and the snap hook (5) and a short axis (S, S′) in orthogonal planes of the belt connecting member (4) and the snap hook (5), and the engaging force can be largest when the snap hook (5) is in its most general state in use where the belt connecting member (4) and the snap hook (5) are orthogonal.

摘要： An adjustable buckle having elements for fixing to respective opposed flaps of a garment with a cover formed to engage one element and in pulling the respective flap of the one element over the respective of the second element to engage the second element in a plurality of positions so that the flaps are secured and the garment buckled in a plurality of positions so as to adjust the garment on the body of the wearer. The buckle is particularly suited for closing pants, and eliminating the top button closure on the pants over the fly. The buckle eliminates the need for belts and provides a flat, contoured appearance to the pants.

摘要： A watch band is provided which includes a locking connector means and a watch case male lug. The male lug has flat parallel spaced raised surfaces, the female portion of the connector has two spaced top faces which overlie but are closer together than the raised surfaces of the lug and at least one side wall having a lowered segment between two raised segments providing a suitable configuration for passage of a locking member. The locking member has a neck portion for abuttment of the faces of the female member and shoulder portions, the edges of which abut the sidefaces of the raised surfaces of the male lug when the male lug and female portion of the connector are interengaged.

摘要： An adjustable side opening buckle for securing the tongue end of a watchband or the like to the buckle end of the band in which a frame forms a generally rectangular passage for receiving the buckle end of the band with a spring plate biased between the top of the frame and the upper surface of the band to urge one of a plurality of spaced notches in the underside of the band into engagement with a boss on the bottom of the frame adjustably to hold the buckle end in position on the frame and in which upwardly extending hooks spaced along the top of the frame are adapted to be received in slots in a tongue plate secured to the tongue end of the band and in which a cover supported on the frame for pivotal movement on an axis extending along one side of the frame is adapted to be moved from an open position to a closed position over the frame in which closed position it snaps into engagement with the frame to retain the tongue plate in engagement with the frame hooks.
