摘要： A handheld harvester apparatus may include a threshing assembly and a screening assembly within a housing. The threshing assembly may include a threshing drum with a plurality of blades coupled to a first axle. The plurality of blades may include a set of teeth configured to strip a plurality of seeds and plant material from a plant. The screening assembly may include a paddle assembly configured to receive the plurality of seeds and plant material from the threshing assembly, the paddle assembly including a plurality of paddles coupled to a second axle. The screening assembly may include a screen assembly positioned beneath the paddle assembly, the screen assembly including a plurality of pass-through apertures configured to define a threshold for the plurality of seeds. The screening assembly may include a collection chamber configured to receive any of the plurality of seeds that exit the plurality of pass-through apertures.

摘要： A bucking machine with internal motor rollers includes a frame and first and second rollers mounted on the frame. Each of the first and second rollers includes an internal housing inside the roller, and a motor is disposed inside the internal housing within each roller. Each motor is completely housed inside the roller such that external motors are not necessary to drive rotation of the rollers. Each motor roller is connected to a motor control via a cable that provides power and instructions to the motor. A stem on a plant is inserted into a bore in a debudding cone such that the stem is received between the first and second rollers and is pulled through the machine. As the stem is pulled through the machine between the first and second rollers the flower is separated from the stem by engagement with the debudding cone.

摘要： A combine for harvesting chick peas includes a first rotatable shaft having components that cut a crop and pass the cut crop in a rearward direction, and a drum that includes an outer shell with stationary threshers and a cut crop opening, a rotatable central mount, a plurality of rotatable threshers. Each of the rotatable threshers is attached to the central rotatable mount and in line with a stationary thresher. A plurality of cutters is attached to the outer shell, a flame source projects a flame into the drum, and a water source projects water into the drum. The cut crop passes into the cut crop opening, to be further cut by the plurality of cutters and threshed by the plurality of rotatable threshers, such that the flame and water are projected onto the cut crop, resulting in a processed crop and detritus that is separated from the processed crop.

摘要： A hand portable grain threshing device includes a base, a reel with elongate paddle members, a mesh screen mounted over the top of the reel, a trough and collection member for collecting grain heads or kernels, a variable speed actuator for rotating the reel which cuts the stems of crop plants below the grain heads and which centrifuges the grain heads into the trough, and a blower unit for blowing the chaff out of the threshing device and moving the grain heads into the collection member. The user carries this threshing device into a field and holds this device upon the crop plants with the crop plants extending upward within the device, and the paddle members in cooperation with the front edge of the base cuts off the stems below the grain heads which are centrifuged about the interior side of the mesh screen into the trough and into the collection member for the user to test the amount of moisture in the grain heads.

摘要： A rod conveyor for a harvesting machine, such as a beet or potato harvester, includes a plurality of spaced apart, substantially parallel rods having flattened ends. The rods are interconnected at their flattened ends to a pair of elongate cables by clamping brackets or U-shaped bolts. The rods are trained over sprockets and support crops thereon such as potatoes or beets for movement in a harvesting machine. The means for attaching the rods to the flexible cables permits ready removal and replacement of damaged rods.

摘要： A method and apparatus for threshing ribs from tobacco leaves and the like. The method comprises a basket having a grid in which a threshing gear formed with a rotary drum including teeth on its periphery is accommodated in such a manner that the outside portion of the gear is disposed spacedly adjacent to it, supplying raw material to the space between the threshing gear and the basket from one side of the axial direction by an air flow at a predetermined speed corresponding to the peripheral speed of the gear, rotating the gear and basket at different peripheral speeds and discharging raw material toward the crossing direction of the axis. The apparatus comprises a casing, a threshing gear formed with a rotary drum having teeth, a basket having a grid and surrounding the gear, the gear and basket being rotated at different peripheral speeds, a material supply port, a feed duct and a discharge opening.
