摘要: A plant pot assembly includes a pot portion having at least one sidewall extending upwardly from a sidewall bottom section to an upper rim and a dividing structure that is spaced between the sidewall bottom section and upper rim. The dividing structure, bottom section, and the at least one sidewall define a basin cavity. A drain aperture allows fluid to flow from a plant's soil into the basin cavity. A basin portion includes a basin floor, a basin front, a basin back, at least one basin sidewall, and an elevated portion for plugging the drain aperture. The at least one sidewall defines an opening in the basin cavity whereby the basin portion may be removably inserted into the basin cavity. A watering accessory for directing water towards the roots of a plant is configured to be removably attached to the upper rim of the pot portion.

The floor may further include a positioning structure. An insert may include a lip, a sidewall, and a bottom. The sidewall and bottom may define a plant chamber. The insert may further include a complementary supporting structure, such that the container receives the insert so that the insert can be rotated into a suitable orientation where the complementary supporting structure of the insert engages the positioning structure of the container. A plant delivery method or system including such inserts, and a computer readable medium containing instructions for same.

摘要: An irrigation device includes: a cell plug that includes an opening facing upward and an accommodation part that accommodates a predetermined amount of culture medium in communication with the opening; a liquid supply unit that supplies a liquid to a culture medium of the cell plug; and a cell plug lifting unit that lowers the cell plug when a weight of the cell plug is increased by a liquid supplied by the liquid supply unit and lifts the cell plug when a weight of the cell plug is decreased by drying of a culture medium. The liquid supply unit includes a contact end that is intermittently brought into contact with a culture medium by lifting and lowering of the cell plug by the cell plug lifting unit, performs liquid supply while the contact end is in contact with a culture medium, and stops liquid supply when the contact end is separated from a culture medium.

摘要: A planter and planter stack are described. The planter includes a planter pot configured to be nestable with other such planter pots. The planter pot includes a base, a planter sidewall integrally formed on the base and extending upwards towards a rim, and a hollow support pillar formed on the base and extending substantially vertically upwards with a drain opening at the top of the hollow support pillar in communication with an exterior side of the base. The planter further includes a removable riser configured to be nestable with other such removable risers. The removable riser includes a plate supported by an interior of the planter sidewall by an interference fit, and an aperture configured to accept a corresponding hollow support pillar.

A spray bar is removably positionable in the second pot and the spray bar has a plurality of spray ports each fluidly integrated therein. A pumping unit is integrated into the first pot to pump the aqueous solution in the first pot. The pumping unit is placed in fluid communication with the spray bar when the second pot is positioned in the first pot to spray the aqueous solution onto the plant that is potted in the second pot.

A lower flange extends circumferentially around the bottom end of the water insert, thereby creating a shelf upon which growing medium rests; the flange further featuring downward protruding fins spaced so as to provide channels through which water passes from underneath the interior of the watering insert to its exterior.
