    摘要: To provide a liquid medical material maintaining a colloid in a more sol form than a solid at normal temperature, having a higher function as a wound dressing material and a hemostatic material than fibrin glue, and being able to be produced safely and inexpensively. A gelatin aqueous solution including calcium at a concentration of 0.2 M or more and 1.0 M or less, and having a concentration of 5% by weight or more and 40% by weight or less, an average molecular weight of 80,000 or more and 120,000 or less, and a molecular weight distribution of 20,000 or more and 300,000 or less, and transglutaminase inducing crosslinking of the gelatin, are included. It is preferable that the calcium has a concentration of 0.2 M or more and 0.7 M or less, the gelatin has a bloom of 160 or more and 250 or less, and the transglutaminase has activity per unit of 36 U/ml to 400 U/ml.

    摘要: An irrigation device includes: a cell plug that includes an opening facing upward and an accommodation part that accommodates a predetermined amount of culture medium in communication with the opening; a liquid supply unit that supplies a liquid to a culture medium of the cell plug; and a cell plug lifting unit that lowers the cell plug when a weight of the cell plug is increased by a liquid supplied by the liquid supply unit and lifts the cell plug when a weight of the cell plug is decreased by drying of a culture medium. The liquid supply unit includes a contact end that is intermittently brought into contact with a culture medium by lifting and lowering of the cell plug by the cell plug lifting unit, performs liquid supply while the contact end is in contact with a culture medium, and stops liquid supply when the contact end is separated from a culture medium.

    摘要: The present invention provides a chemical sensor that can be manufactured at low cost and has high detection sensitivity. The chemical sensor according to the present invention is characterized by comprising: a substrate; a semiconductor thin film having a first contact region and a second contact region; an injection electrode; a first MIS structure; a second MIS structure; a transfer electrode; and a capacitor, wherein the semiconductor thin film has a sensing region provided so that an electric potential thereof changes in direct or indirect response to an object to be measured; the injection electrode is configured to inject an electrical charge into the first contact region; the first MIS structure is configured to control a flow of the electrical charge to the sensing region, the electrical charge being injected into the first contact region by the injection electrode; the second MIS structure is configured to control the flow of the electrical charge from the sensing region to the second contact region; and the transfer electrode is configured to allow the electrical charge in the sensing region to flow to the capacitor through the second contact region.

    摘要: The present invention provides a cell culture vessel/sample observation cell that is capable of culturing cells or cell tissue in three dimensions and allowing a three-dimensional structure of the cells or the cell tissue to be perceived easily. The cell culture vessel/sample observation cell according to the present invention for containing a culture gel in which the cells or the cell tissue is embedded, comprises a frame, at least one window bordered by the frame, and at least one projection projecting from the frame inwardly into the cell culture vessel/sample observation cell, wherein the at least one window is light-permeable and nutrient component-permeable and is placed in such a way as to allow for multifaceted observation of the cells or the cell tissue, and the projection has a feature point to be placed at a position where the cells or the cell tissue as well as the feature point can be observed from the window.
