Abstract: The present invention relates to a technology capable of efficiently deriving a place to install an induction fence intended for blocking the invasion of harmful birds and animals, wherein an optimal location may be calculated in such a manner as to calculate, with respect to animal species and inhabitant species shown in an area where the harmful birds and animals appear, an index for vulnerability based on image data and information resulting from analyzing environmental DNA, and to match LiDAR scanning data based on the vulnerability index.

Abstract: An integral bird anti-migration panel is provided, which is conformed by a plurality of arches in a stepped pyramidal shape, spaced apart equidistantly from each other; a plurality of crossbars integrally joined to the sides of said plurality of arches to form a single element, wherein the union of said arches and crossbars form reticles of different dimensions, wherein the reticle of smaller dimension is located at the bottom of said panel and is designed to prevent small birds from entering inside said panel, and wherein the upper crossbar is ondulated to prevent the perching or resting of the birds thereon; and wherein the union of the lower crossbar and the lower ends of the arches forms a support base for the anti-migration panel; and wherein said lower cross member comprises a plurality of projections, which are configured to be buried in the ground and prevent the anti-migration panel from moving out of place.

Abstract: Wildlife deterrence methods and systems use mono-colored light within a sensitivity range of a short-wavelength-sensitive (SWS) photoreceptor of a species to be deterred, such as an avian species. The mono-colored light may be generated by one or more high brightness mono-colored light emitting diodes (LEDs) and may be within 25 nm of a peak absorption wavelength of the SWS photoreceptor of the species. The mono-colored light is directed to a deterrence area with an intensity sufficient to cause at least a temporary disruption of visual perception in the species to induce an augmented behavioral response in the species resulting in avoidance of the deterrence area. The mono-colored light may also be generated as intermittent pulses having a duration sufficient to keep a pupil of an eye of the species in a continuous unstable state to prevent light adaption by the species.

Abstract: An anti-bird cover for a watercraft uses planar sheet of plastic netting with a small, but not micro, aperture to deter birds from perching. The aperture is formed by a plurality of filaments and knots. The filaments are between 0.25″ and 2.00″ in length, with the illustrated embodiment having filaments of 0.75″. The plastic netting is formed from nylon, polypropylene (“PP”), high-density polyethylene (“HDPE”), and low-density polyethylene (“LDPE”). The perimeter of the netting is encircled by an elastic gather with two free ends. The two free ends of the elastic gather are captured by a bungee cord stop. The surface area of the planar sheet of plastic netting is 1.5 time the surface area of the watercraft to be covered, in order to make the present invention billow in the wind, thus deterring birds from perching.
