    摘要： A herbicidal agent comprising: (1) water; (2) ioxynil and/or a derivative thereof; (3) a compound of the formula (I) RO—(CH2H4O)n(CH3H6O)m—R′  (I) wherein RO is an alcohol radical selected from the group consisting of branched or linear, saturated or unsaturated monohydric alcohols having from 1 to 6 carbon atoms, or a polyol radical having from 2 to 12 carbon atoms and from 2 to 6 hydroxyl groups; R′ is hydrogen or an ester group —CO—R″ wherein R″ is a branched or linear, saturated or unsaturated alkyl radical having 5 to 29 carbon atoms, n is a number between 1 and 50 and m is zero or a number between 1 and 10. The herbicidal agents permit high penetration of the herbicide into the plant.

    摘要： This invention provides for, inter alia, a method for increasing the rainfastness of an agrochemical composition without increasing its spreading properties, which comprises adding to said agrochemical composition an effective amount of one or more silicone surfactants of the formula R3Si—O—[RR′SiO—]n—O—SiR3 wherein n is 1 to 3, R is an alkyl radical with 1 to 6 carbon atoms, R′ is a radical of the structure —(CH2)m—O—(C2H4O)y(C2H3R″O)z—Z,  wherein m is 2 to 6, R″ is independantly methyl, ethyl or phenyl, Z is hydrogen, an alkyl radical with 1 to 4 carbon atoms, or an acyl radical with 2 to 6 carbon atoms, y is 6 to 30, z is 0 to 10, with the proviso that the ratio y/z is 1 or greater, and that the total number of alkylene oxide groups n*(y+z) in the siloxane polymer (I) is at least 12.

One embodiment of the present invention is a plant treatment composition that comprises (a) an exogenous chemical and (b) an alkylether surfactant or mixture of such surfactants having the formula R12—O—(CH2CH2O)n(CH(CH3)CH2O)m—R13 wherein R12 is an alkyl or alkenyl group having about 16 to about 22 carbon atoms, n is an average number of about 10 to about 100, m is an average number of 0 to about 5 and R13 is hydrogen or C1-4 alkyl. The alkylether surfactant or mixture thereof is present in an amount such that the weight/weight ratio of said alkylether surfactant or mixture of such surfactants to the exogenous chemical is about 1:3 to about 1:100.
