摘要: Methods and apparatus for validating wash processes and related operations for food processing, including preventing undesirable deviations in such food processing. One example method for validating a process for a food processing system generally includes: operating the food processing system on a food product according to the process, wherein the operating is performed for at least a validation period; measuring a process metric at multiple times during the validation period while the food processing system is operating according to the process, wherein the measuring generates a set of process metric measurements; and determining whether the process for the food processing system is valid, based on the set of process metric measurements.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to a food preparation appliance comprising a rotatable tool for chopping and/or blending a food in a food preparation pot. The tool can be mounted for rotating and can be detachably connected to a shaft. The shaft can be at least partially outside the food preparation pot. A locking mechanism is provided for connecting the tool to the shaft in a locked manner. The locking of the tool to the shaft can take place automatically. The food preparation appliance can thus be cleaned with particularly little effort.

摘要: Methods and systems are described for providing improved food processing systems by treating wash water in a wash stage of the food processing system with a biocide. Sufficient biocide may be added to significantly reduce the levels of bacteria in the wash stage, which can prevent problems associated with bacteria in downstream processes.

摘要: A method for cleaning fruit and vegetable ingredients is provided, in which the washing basket assembly agitates the water in the washing barrel to rotate upward to achieve the cleaning of fruit and vegetable. During the process of “cyclic cleaning in the barrel”, the drainage outlet in the center of the bottom of the washing barrel is closed to prevent the water from flowing out of the barrel cavity; when the drainage outlet in the center of the bottom of the washing barrel is opened and drained, the water body rotates to form eddy current drainage; fruits and vegetables in the washing basket alternately move centripetally and centrifugally. The number of exercises is proportional to the number of washes.

摘要: The invention relates to a horizontal axis pressure washer that allows removing the mucilage from fermented coffee efficiently with a low consumption of water and power. The main characteristic of the pressure washer of the present invention is the rotor located horizontally in a circular basket, where said rotor comprises several rows with three types of fingers specialized in three tasks: cleaning, shaking and injecting water with pressure. Said combination of functionalities allows the complete elimination of mucilage from fermented coffee.

摘要: Provided is a residual toxicant detection system and a residual toxicant detection method, the residual toxicant detection method including: allowing an aqueous solution containing a residual toxicant to flow into a detection portion including a cavity; providing at a side of the cavity a light containing a specific wavelength range to react with the residual toxicant; receiving the light that passes through the cavity on another side of the cavity, thereby generating a sensing signal; and calculating an amount of change in absorbance of the aqueous solution according to the sensing signal, wherein when the amount of change in absorbance is less than a threshold value, a detection count is accumulated, and when the accumulated detection count is greater than a predetermined value, a detection result is generated. Therefore, whether or not the residual toxicant on the object is cleaned can be determined easily and accurately.
