    摘要： A device for engaging a folding stadium seat and restricting upward movement of the seat base is presented herein. In particular, the device includes an attachment member removably attachable to a seat frame member and at least one seat engaging extension disposed outwardly from the attachment member. The seat engaging extension member is selectively disposed into an engaging relation with the seat base of the folding stadium seat and is configured to hold the seat base in a down or horizontal position. The attachment member includes a base panel and at least two side wall panels disposed outwardly there from in order to define a receiving area for disposition at least partially around the seat frame member of the folding stadium seat.

According to one aspect, a lock is operatively attached to the seat of a foldable chair to prevent unfolding of the chair. Further, the lock allows the chair to unfold upon obtaining an input code that matches an unlock code. According to another aspect, a blocking member is positioned to block a person from comfortably sitting in a chair. The blocking member can be repositioned to unblock the person from comfortably sitting in the chair upon obtaining an input code that matches an activation code.

    摘要： A placard for displaying a customer specific message includes a receiver, a capacitor, and an electronic updateable static display. The receiver has a memory storing an identification code and an antenna for receiving a signal. The capacitor is coupled to the receiver and capable of being charged by the signal. The electronic updateable static display is coupled to the receiver, is powered by the capacitor and is capable of displaying customer specific messages when a portion of the signal matches the identification code of the placard. A method of using the placard for displaying a customer specific message is also provided.

    摘要： An operational guide mounted to an adjustable chair as well as a chair including an operational guide. The operational guide includes a card having a pictorial guide for operating the adjustable chair located on the top side of the card. The operational guide also includes a device for mounting the card to the bottom of the seat of the chair. The mounting device is adapted to allow the card to move between an extended position wherein the pictorial guide is visible to an occupant of the chair and a retracted position wherein the pictorial guide is not visible to the occupant of the chair. Also, the mounting device holds the card so that the orientation of the pictorial guide corresponds to the orientation of the controls for adjusting the chair when the card is in the extended position.
