摘要: A cleaning system for a machine for preparing hot beverages is provided. The cleaning system has a washing water supply piping connected to a water supply system of the machine, a detergent supply connected to the washing water supply piping, a washing chamber suppliable with washing water provided by the washing water supply piping, and washing valves arranged at one end of the washing water supply piping and between a flexible hose of a milk supply piping of the machine and a frothing head of the machine. In a first position of the washing valves, the washing water supply piping may be fluidically connected to the washing chamber for washing a movable part of the flexible hose placed in the washing chamber. Through the flexible hose, the washing water contained in the washing chamber may be conveyed to a milk inlet and to a distribution duct of the frothing head.

摘要: An apparatus for dispensing a liquid foodstuff, in particular milk, includes a heating device for heating the liquid foodstuff, which has a fluid path for the liquid foodstuff and an electric heater. The fluid path and heater are in thermal contact with a heat store made from a material of high thermal mass and conductivity, and the heat store is brought by the heater to an operating temperature which lies below 80° C., preferably below 70° C. The fluid path is connectable via at least one directional control valve to a flushing line via which water and/or detergent can be conducted through the fluid path for cleaning purposes. A control device is provided that is configured to heat the heat store of the heating device to a temperature above 100° C. to carry out thermal regeneration, and to open the directional control device one or more times for conducting water or detergent solution through the fluid path of the heating device heated to a high temperature.

摘要: A coffee brewing system includes a brew vessel adapted to receive water and ground coffee to produce and store a brewed beverage and to provide for a cleaning system. The brew vessel includes a filter and a magnet stirrer in the lower portion of the brew vessel. The magnet stirrer creates a water vortex for brewing the coffee. The used coffee grounds are allowed to settle on the filter creating a bed of used coffee grounds and the coffee is then filtered through both the bed of used coffee grounds and the filter and collected in a coffee storage container. A cleaning system is used to remove unsightly coffee stains and oil films in the system after a brewing cycle.

The machine (1) has an infusion unit (10) that comprises: a support (11) that is stationary during the handling of the flavouring ingredient (2); a seat (12) having an ingredient opening (120); a closure part (13); and a wall part (14) that is movable inside the seat (12). The seat (12), the closure part (13) and the wall part (14) are: directly or indirectly mounted to the support (11); and relatively movable between: a transfer configuration and a mixing chamber configuration. The mixing chamber (12′) is associated with an inlet guide (135) and an outlet guide (140). The infusion unit (10) is configured such that, during beverage preparation, the flavouring ingredient (2) is mixed with water (3) in the mixing chamber (12′) to form the beverage (7) by infusion. The infusion unit (10) is configured such that, after the serving of the beverage (7) via the dispensing outlet (8), at least part of the water (3) contained in the mixing chamber (12′) is evacuated from the mixing chamber (12′) to at least partly dry the flavouring ingredient (2′) prior to removal of the flavouring ingredient (2″) from the mixing chamber (12′). The infusion unit (10) is configured to generate compressed gas (7′), such as air, in the mixing chamber (12′) containing the flavouring ingredient (2′) upon infusion and to evacuate at least part of the water (3) contained in the mixing chamber (12′) with the compressed gas (7′) by releasing it from the mixing chamber (12′).
