摘要： Movable support post devices are provided in which portions of flexible hose or cable members are supported from the upper end of a post structure including an elongated sleeve and a foot member which has a smaller diameter portion crimped on the lower end of the sleeve and a larger diameter portion defining a fulcrum edge which is engaged with a base member. In one embodiment a coiled tension spring is disposed within the sleeve with its upper end being connected to the sleeve and with its lower end being connected through a link to a base member, the link serving to minimize binding actions and stresses. In another embodiment, a coiled compression spring is disposed within the sleeve, the lower end of the spring being retained by a washer at the crimped end of the sleeve and the upper end of the spring being coupled to a retainer key and to the upper end of a tension rod, the lower end of which is hooked to the base member. In still another embodiment, using a compression spring and tension rod, the lower end of the tension rod is connected to the base member through a link.

摘要： A ladder hose retainer 10 for use with a ladder 48 having a ladder rung 50, includes an elongated tubular member 12 adapted to fit within a rung 50, and having a first and a second externally threaded end, 14 and 16. An internally threaded fitting 24 threadedly engages first end 14 and incorporates at least one gripping member 30 such that each gripping member 30 is adapted and arranged to securely engage a hose 58. An internally threaded cap member 22, adapted to threadedly engage second end 16, provides for adjustable mounting of the elongated member 12 within rungs 50 of various sizes. The ladder hose retainer 10 allows the secure retention of a vibrating hose 58 of a spray device to a ladder, thus reducing the vibration and discomfort imparted to an operator by the vibrating spray hose.

摘要： A support for a flexible heated dispensing hose comprising a hollow cylinder having opposite ends. A bracket attaches the cylinder to the dispenser. A helical spring is contained within the cylinder and extends beyond the opposite ends thereof. 摘要： A clamping assembly for hoses which are connected between a tractor and piston-cylinders on an attached implement such as a backhoe. The clamping assembly includes a base and at least one releasable clamping element. Each hose is strung through an opening in the base and abutted against an arcuate wall. The clamping element also includes an arcuate wall which engages the opposite side of the hose. The clamping element is secured in position by a bolt fastener. The clamping element includes opposed upstanding lugs which are spaced apart far enough to permit the head of the bolt fastener to slide between them. After the head of the bolt is positioned between the lugs, it cannot be turned, and therefore, a nut may be conveniently tightened on the bolt without the need for an additional tool to hold the head of the bolt. Further, angled surfaces on the base and clamping element provide for clamping or wedging action as the bolt is tightened.
