摘要: A portable mixer that has a first auger, a second auger, a motor, a material loading location, where material may be loaded into the mixer, and a dispensing conduit. The motor powers both the first auger and second auger. Further, the second auger may rotate in a first rotational direction and a second rotational direction and the second auger substantially prevents material from exiting a dispensing conduit when the second auger rotates in the first rotational direction and the second auger distributes material through the dispensing conduit when the second auger rotates in the second rotational direction.

摘要: A mixing machine (1) for the mixing of a homogeneous mixture with one or more components to obtain a viscous mixture, comprising a mixing chamber (2) which is divided in a push (A), a mixing (B) and a discharge zone (C), and wherein the mixing chamber (2) comprises the following parts: multiple walls, consisting of one or more top plates (22) with multiple inflow channels (10, 11, 12), one or more bottom plates (24) and multiple side walls (6); an outlet mouth (18); an outlet valve (13); several rotors (5); in and out sliding push and/or mixing blades (3, 4); and a self-cleaning system (16, 17); characterised in that the rotors (5) are integrated in the side walls (6) of the mixing chamber (2); the rotors are equipped with transit channels (30) for the in and out sliding push or mixing blades (3, 4); and the self-cleaning system comprises a cleaning plate (16) and a driving mechanism (17) wherein the cleaning plate (16) can move longitudinally through the mixing chamber (2).

摘要: A powder blender for a system for continuous processing of powder products comprises a horizontal blending tube extending along an axis from a first end to a second end. The horizontal blending tube comprises at least one inlet configured to receive the powder products to be blended, and at least one outlet configured to discharge the powder products after blending. At least two blending devices are positioned in the blending tube and arranged successively along the axis of the blending tube. At least two actuators, wherein each of the at least two actuators is configured to operate one of the at least two blending devices such that the at least two blending devices are actuated differently from each other.
