摘要： A pot lid assembly comprises a pot lid, an electric motor assembly and a mixing apparatus. The electric motor assembly is fixed to the pot lid. The mixing apparatus includes a stirring rod and a plurality of stirring vanes. The electric motor assembly includes an electric motor. The electric motor includes a rotary shaft operatively connected with the stirring rod so that the electric motor can cause the stirring rod to rotate. The pot lid is configured to cover the pot body to form a closed cooking space. When the pot lid is removed from the pot body, the rotary shaft is disengaged from the stirring rod, and the mixing apparatus can stand in the cooking space of the pot body, with the stirring vanes serving as a support. The mixing apparatus remains in the cooking space of the pot body after the removal of the pot lid.

摘要： An apparatus is especially suitable for high volume manufacture of a non-dairy frozen dessert. Pre-frozen blocks of ingredient mixture are masticated in a first stage of the apparatus and aerated in a second stage of the apparatus. Compressed air is injected into a masticated slurry produced by the first stage and mixed into the slurry in the second stage. A continuous process transforms the pre-frozen blocks into a masticated, aerated slurry suitable for immediate consumption, storage for later consumption, or processing into bars or other forms. This apparatus and process is suitable for some ingredient mixtures for which a scrape surface heat exchanger apparatus and process are not suitable.

摘要： Various systems, devices, and methods of selectively releasing carbon dioxide from a gas source in a carbonation system are provided. A carbonation system is one example of a treatment system to which the systems, devices, and methods described herein apply. In some embodiments, a motor of a carbonation system is configured to drive a cam in a first drive motion that moves the cam to push on a pin of a gas source. The cam pushing on the gas source's pin causes the gas source to open and thereby release gas. The motor is configured to drive the cam in a second drive motion that moves the cam back to its initial position, which removes force on the pin so that the pin can return to its initial position. The gas source thus closes such that gas cannot be released from the gas source until the cam moves again.

Rotation of the paddle portion serves to facilitate mixing and agitating of the materials, and downward movement of the plunger portion serves to facilitate dispensing of the materials from the manual mixer.
