摘要: A system for monitoring at least one motion parameter of the main shaft of a gyratory or cone crusher. The system includes a sensor, such as a magnetometer, positioned within close proximity to a magnetic element, such as a lifting lug, formed on a top end of the main shaft. When the main shaft rotates or moves vertically, the movement creates a change in the magnetic flux, which is sensed by the magnetometer. The change in the magnetic flux is sensed by the magnetometer and an output signal is generated. A controller receives the output signal and determines at least one motion parameter based upon the detected changes in the magnetic flux. In one embodiment, a permanent magnet can be the magnetic element or can be inserted into the lifting lug to enhance the magnetic flux changes caused by the rotational movement or vertical movement of the main shaft.

摘要: An example gyratory crusher for comminuting quarry material may comprise a crushing housing having a top and a bottom and a crushing cone having a top and a bottom. The crushing housing may be positioned around the crushing cone such that the crushing housing and the crushing cone form a circumferential crushing space having a crushing throat towards the top and a crushing gap towards the bottom. The crushing throat may be configured to receive quarry material, which, once comminuted, may exit the circumferential crushing space through the crushing gap. The circumferential crushing space may be tapered towards the crushing gap to facilitate this process. The crushing housing may include a crushing wall surface with an undulated surface disposed at least near the crushing throat. Waves of the undulated surface may include wave troughs and wave peaks and extend in a circumferential direction.

摘要: A mechanical grinding apparatus of the present invention, which includes a rotor supported by a rotary shaft and having a plurality of grooves defined on the outer peripheral surface thereof and a liner inserted to the outside of the rotor so as to form a desired gap between the liner and the rotor and having a plurality of grooves defined on the inner peripheral surface thereof for grinding a substance to be ground in the gap, is characterized in that the grooves of at least one of the rotor and the liner incline in a direction preventing the flow of the substance to be ground with respect to a direction parallel with a rotary shaft. Since the mechanical grinding apparatus of the present invention can make a ground substance having a small particle size, no large particles mixed therein and a sharp particle size distribution width at a high efficiency, the grinding apparatus is preferably applicable to powder composed of resin or mainly composed of resin to be finely ground.

摘要: A pulverizer is provided with: a ring-form rotary hammer supported by a rotary shaft and having a pulverizing blade including a plurality of concaves and convexes on its outer surface; a liner fixed so that a gap is left between the rotary hammer and the liner and having a plurality of concaves and convexes on its surface which faces the hammer; and a rotary classifying fan for discharging toward an exit a material pulverized between the rotary hammer and the liner into a predetermined particle diameter or smaller and directed to an upper part. The pulverizing blade is provided substantially on an entire periphery, and a circulation passage for directing downward a material not discharged toward the exit is provided below the pulverizing blade.

摘要: There is obtained with greater efficiency a powder coating having an average particle diameter smaller and a particle size distribution range narrower than those currently made by conventional methods. The method to obtain the powder coating comprising; introducing a solid mixture of coating materials between a rotor and a stator; the rotor being supported in such a manner as to be rotating round the shaft center and, on its periphery, being arranged with multiple convex lines extending in a direction of the shaft and being lined up along the periphery; the stator having a cylindric rotor-opposite face arranged with a certain interspace between this face and the rotor periphery and having, on the rotor-opposite face, multiple convex lines extending in the direction of the shaft and being lined up along the circumference, wherein the rotor-opposite face is arranged in such a manner as to be capable of opening in order to expose the rotor periphery; and then pulverizing finer said mixture by said rotating rotor and said stator.

摘要: A pellet feeder (A) feeds pellets of vulcanized rubber or other materials and water or another fluid at controlled rates into a mixing tank (30). An agitator (32) mixes the pellets and fluid into a slurry. The slurry is pumped from the mixing tank to a mill (C) by a pump (34). The mill has a receiving region (70) defined between a stator (48) and a rotor (68) for receiving the slurry. The stator and rotor define a peripheral grinding zone (72) around the slurry receiving region. An impeller (74) has vanes which extend from the upper surface of the rotor to an abrasive surface (82) of the stator such that the impeller vanes are ground at the same rate as the stator and rotor wear to maintain a fluid seal around the impeller blades. Fluid cylinders (50, 52) maintain a constant pressure between the stator and rotor. The stator has a plurality of recesses (86, 86') which preferably have downstream extending relief areas (214). The rotor also has a plurality of recesses ( 104, 104') which have tapered portions along a downstream edge, such as sloping relief areas (220), for wedging the pellets into the grinding zone. The rotor and stator are made of a vitreous bonded stone having a median pore size of about 50 microns.

摘要: A high viscosity material mixer-refiner having a cylindrical stator shell and rotor has improved refining surfaces on the rotor and stator. These are formed of interchangeable blocks held in place on the rotor and the stator with the blocks having teeth oriented in different aspects to the relative motion between the rotor and the stator. The teeth are preferably raised bars with orientations for advancing or retarding material. The blocks are arranged in desired patterns to accomplish optimum mixing and refining.
