摘要: A viscous food product dispensing system having a transport section for receiving a particulate food product from a bin, an auger for processing and conveying the received particulate food product from the transport section into an outlet adapter via one or more flutes, a milling device housed in the outlet adapter, and a discharge nozzle in the outlet adapter that pinches off the viscous food product created by the milling device. The auger has a unique design that allows it to engage and break whole nuts.

摘要: A high-speed fine pulverizer wherein a fixed top grindstone is mounted in a pulverizing chamber with a reduced pressure-tolerable mechanism, a rotating bottom grindstone is arranged in opposition thereto and mounted firmly to a rotating disk with a plurality of ejection wings for reduced pressure and disposed around the rotating grindstone, and an intensive reduced-pressure jet stream is caused by the high-speed revolution of rotating bottom grindstone to such air from a central opening of fixed grindstone, thereby forcedly passing the pulverizing raw material fed from said opening through the clearance between both grindstones at high speed while whirling it so as to be finely pulverized, wherein the pulverizing raw material can be pulverized finely at ambient temperature without a rise in temperature, allowing the conversion of foods etc. to powder without thermal transmutation. The invention can also include equipment for producing finely pulverized powder, including a high-speed fine pulverizer and an air classifier.

摘要: A colloid mill is characterized by a stator and a rotor disposed along an axis. The stator has a re-entrant conical surface with grooves extending from the outer periphery to an inner axial opening. The rotor is keyed to a shaft that extends through the axial opening of the stator and has vanes with outer edges that are closely adjacent to and in registration with the conical surface of the stator. The arrangement is such that the high speed rotation of the rotor causes fragmentation of colloid particles in a fluid that is driven under pressure from an inlet through the small clearance between the conical surface of the stator and the vanes of the rotor and through the clearance between the axial opening of the stator and the shaft of the rotor.

摘要: A grinder of solids or solids in liquids has a multiple milling stages. A rotating disc plate carries cutting elements on one side and hammer elements on another, both located at the circumference of the disc plate. The disc plate is rotated in a screened chamber to which the solids or the liquids containing solids to be ground are introduced. Ground product or slurry containing disintegrated solids is passed through the screen before discharged. The use of disc plate and milling elements reduces required torque, leading to improved energy efficiency and results in better performance of the grinder.

摘要: The invention relates to a device for the production of mechanical pulp from a lignocellulose material, comprising a grinding disc (1) rotating round a shaft (2) running at right-angles through the center of each end surface of the disc, and means (10-13) for holding and pressing one or more pieces of the material to be processed against one or both of these end surfaces, which are given the form of grinding surfaces, for fibres of the material to be processed being essentially oriented in the plane of the grinding surface, and water, which may contain chemicals, being introduced during the grinding process. The grinding disc is enclosed in a housing (5) kept at above-atmospheric pressure. The means for holding the material to be processed is so designed as to hold the pieces of such material with their fibres largely pointing in a direction outwards from the center of the grinding device. The means (7) for introducing water into the grinder is so designed as to carry water to the center of the grinding device.

摘要: A high viscosity material mixer-refiner having a cylindrical stator shell and rotor has improved refining surfaces on the rotor and stator. These are formed of interchangeable blocks held in place on the rotor and the stator with the blocks having teeth oriented in different aspects to the relative motion between the rotor and the stator. The teeth are preferably raised bars with orientations for advancing or retarding material. The blocks are arranged in desired patterns to accomplish optimum mixing and refining.
