    摘要: A device for manufacturing a laminated iron core includes: a punch unit configured to form protrusions, and including N number of punches as a set, the N being a natural number larger than M; and N number of auxiliary punches. The N number of auxiliary punches are configured such that L number of auxiliary punches selected from the N number of auxiliary punches performs a nullification processing on a metal sheet, the nullification processing being configured to nullify a processing with the L number of punches among the N number of punches, the L being the natural number that is obtained by subtracting the M from the N. According to the above configurations, for example, since a processing position with the plurality of punches is limited in one position, a positional accuracy of protrusions formed in punched members with the plurality of punches is improved.

    摘要: Provided is a steel material shearing method that enables highly productive and low-cost production of a steel material with a sheared surface having excellent hydrogen embrittlement resistance, fatigue strength, and stretch flangeability. The shearing method comprises making a clearance between a die and a punch 5 to 80% of a sheet thickness of a workpiece, shearing the workpiece using the punch, and, by utilizing a punched material punched out by the punch, pressing an end face of the punched out material against the sheared surface of the worked material on the die to produce a steel sheet with a sheared edge having excellent hydrogen embrittlement resistance and fatigue strength.

    摘要: The punching processing method of the present invention is a punching processing method in which a metallic sheet material 1a is sequentially subjected to multiple punching processing steps by a punch and a die, comprising, in first step punching processing, forming a first step punched surface 2 on the sheet material 1a, and then in second step punching processing, forming a second step punched surface 3 on the sheet material 1a by punching the sheet material 1a such that the second step punched surface 3 and the first step punched surface 2 are crossed with each other, thereby forming matching portions 5 at positions where the first step punched surface 2 and the second step punched surface 3 intersect, wherein after the first step punching processing and before the second step punching process, the method further comprises subjecting the sheet material 1a to swaging processing that sandwiches and crushes matching portion forming portions 5a of the sheet material 1a, which will form the matching portions 5, from a top surface TS side and a back surface BS side of the sheet material 1a.
