摘要: A sheet-shaped blank (10) for press forming is produced by shearing a metal sheet (30). The blank (10) includes a sheared edge (14), which includes a sheared surface (14b) and a fractured surface (14c) in the sheet thickness direction and has a loop shape in plan view. In plan view, an edge of the sheared edge (14) includes concavely curved portions (20). The average of lengths of the fractured surface (14c) in the sheet thickness direction in the curved portions (20) is greater than the average of lengths of the fractured surface (14c) in the sheet thickness direction over the entire perimeter of the sheared edge (14).

摘要: A shearing work technology of metal sheets, such as high-strength steel sheets, is excellent in stretch flange crack resistance and delayed fracture resistance of the sheared end surface. A metal sheet shearing work method including: applying double shearing work to an end portion of at least one part of the metal sheet; and forming a first area having a cutting margin of a second shearing work of 5 mm or less in first cutting in the double shearing work. Second cutting in the double shearing work is carried out in a state where the movement on an end portion side of the first area is restrained. For example, by providing projection areas continuous to the first area and restraining the projection areas, the movement on the end portion side of the first area is restrained.

According to the above configurations, for example, since a processing position with the plurality of punches is limited in one position, a positional accuracy of protrusions formed in punched members with the plurality of punches is improved.

摘要: A fine blanking device and method for forming a friction plate with friction material layers. The fine blanking device includes an upper die, a lower die, a guide mechanism, a punch and a counter punch. Upper and lower blank holders are respectively provided at outer circumferences of the punch and the counter punch. The upper and lower blank holders are respectively provided with a buffer mechanism. Friction material powders are sintered on both sides of the base sheet. The friction material layers are trimmed and planished by hot pressing. The base sheet with the friction material layers is fixed by the upper blank holder and the lower blank holder. A tooth profile with an absolute shear fractural surface is formed. The fixing indentation of the V-shaped structure of the friction material layers is cut off for obtaining a finished friction plate product with the friction material layers.

摘要: Provided is a steel material shearing method that enables highly productive and low-cost production of a steel material with a sheared surface having excellent hydrogen embrittlement resistance, fatigue strength, and stretch flangeability. The shearing method comprises making a clearance between a die and a punch 5 to 80% of a sheet thickness of a workpiece, shearing the workpiece using the punch, and, by utilizing a punched material punched out by the punch, pressing an end face of the punched out material against the sheared surface of the worked material on the die to produce a steel sheet with a sheared edge having excellent hydrogen embrittlement resistance and fatigue strength.
