    摘要: When provisionally blanking a lamination sheet by using a punch for provisional blanking and a counter punch, the displacement of pilot holes located around the lamination sheet is minimized. The progressive die machine (1) comprises a pilot hole punch (72), a punch (9) for provisionally punching an iron core laminate (2) from a strip (W) formed with pilot holes (P), a counter punch (31) provided in a lower die assembly (5) and configured to push the iron core laminate (2) against the punch (9), a stripper plate (13) for separating the strip (W) from the provisional blanking punch after a provisional punching, a punch (10) for completely separating the iron core laminate from the strip. At least a part of the stripper plate (13) associated with the provisionally blanking is not in contact with the strip, and at least a part of an outer peripheral part of the provisionally blanked lamination sheet is formed with a connecting portion (79) connected to the strip.

    摘要: A method for producing plate arrangements and using these for cooling gaseous blow-off in electric installation devices, produces a plate stack, which is formed in a cuboidal shape, with a stack length and a stack width. The plate stack is made of shaped rectangular sheets which are produced using a shaping process and are sheet-metal strips of a uniform thickness. First shaped sheets with a uniform length which corresponds to the stack length and second shaped sheets with a width which corresponds maximally to the stack width are used. The shaped sheets are stacked one on top of the other after being shaped such that multiple continuous cavities, i.e., slots, are formed in the longitudinal direction of the stack parallel to the uniform length, and the shaped sheets are connected to one another in a captive mariner so as to form a self-supporting structure of a plate stack.

    摘要: A punch includes first and second blade sections juxtaposed relative to each other in a direction parallel or substantially parallel to a feed direction of a sheet material. The first blade section protrudes downwardly from the second blade section with a step intervening therebetween and includes lower end edges on downstream and upstream sides of the feed direction, which define respective punching edges. The first blade section includes a lower end edge following the feed direction, which defines a first notching and punching edge. The notching and punching edge includes a portion intermediate of the feed direction representing a projecting shape. The second blade section includes a lower end edge on the upstream side, which defines a punching edge and also includes a lower end edge following the feed direction, which defines a notching and punching edge. The notching and punching edge is inclined gradually upwardly towards the upstream side.
