摘要: The present disclosure generally relates to material processing of a two-dimensional sheet like material into a desired three-dimensional shape object. In more detail, this disclosure presents a system, a computer device and an industrial robot for use in material processing of a two-dimensional sheet like material. The system may comprise one or more computer devices and one or more industrial robots in a distributed computing environment. A two-dimensional sheet like material may be provided to the industrial robot. Also, a digital instruction for the spreading and subsequent folding of the provided two-dimensional sheet by means of the industrial robot may be received from a computer device. The industrial robot may execute a thus received digital instruction to produce, or otherwise create, a desired design of a three-dimensional object from the provided two-dimensional sheet like material.

摘要: The disclosure relates to a method for material processing of a two-dimensional sheet like material. The method comprises: obtaining information related to a desired design of a three dimensional object; obtaining information related to material characteristics of the sheet like material; defining a primary surface and a secondary surface of the desired design; and defining a geometrical relationship between said primary surface and secondary surface, wherein the secondary surface is a reflection of the primary surface in a two dimensional plane, and wherein when said primary surface is concave said secondary surface is convex, or when said primary surface is convex said secondary surface is concave; and providing a digital instruction for a fully developed spreading and subsequent folding of a two dimensional sheet into the obtained desired design, wherein said digital instruction is based on the defined primary and secondary surfaces, respectively, and said obtained material characteristics.

摘要: Presented are metalworking systems for forming metallic workpieces, methods for making such workpieces and methods for operating such systems, and battery cell tabs bent by a multistage plunger press. A metalworking system includes a plunger fixture that mounts adjacent metallic workpieces, and a plunger head movably mounted to the plunger fixture to move between activated and deactivated positions. A first row of plunger fingers is mounted to the plunger head and moves in one direction to press against and bend one metallic workpiece a predefined bend angle. Likewise, a second row of plunger fingers is mounted to the plunger head and moves in an opposite direction to press against and bend another metallic workpiece another predefined bend angle. The plunger head then moves to the activated position, in tandem with the plunger fingers bending the metallic workpieces, to cause the plunger fingers to bend the workpieces additional respective bend angles.

摘要: A baseboard element including a nose portion, a riser portion, and a wall groove portion coupled to the riser portion. The nose portion includes a nose bottom section and a nose face section. The riser portion includes a riser section extending approximately perpendicular to the nose bottom section and a riser bend coupled to the nose portion. The riser section is substantially planar and defines a plane. The nose portion is positioned only on a first side of the plane defined by the riser section, and the wall groove portion is positioned only on a second side of the plane, the second side opposite the first side. The nose bottom section comprises a nose bottom edge at a terminal end of the nose bottom section. No structure of the baseboard element extends beyond the terminal end of the nose bottom section from the terminal end. The nose bottom edge of the nose bottom section is either approximately at the plane or closer to the plane than the nose face section is to the plane. Other embodiments are also provided.

摘要: A method of manufacturing a fishing jig hook allows a user to create a custom fishing jig hook that attracts fish. A user can attract specific fish by using jigs that mimic the appearances of the smaller bait fish that the target fish usually consumes. The fishing jig produced is reusable, thus reducing waste due to extended periods of fishing. Further, the fishing jig is bent to provide a hydrodynamic shape. The formed apparatus provides a malleable disk, a fishing jig hook, a metal-cutting tool, a folding rod, a ruler, a marker, a metal-puncturing tool, and at least one ornament. These tools include the necessary jig lure material required as well as the tools needed to subsequently shape that material.
