摘要： An apparatus for kneading or mixing materials. The apparatus including a housing having first and second separable housing sections. A cavity in each housing section, the cavities cooperating together to form a mixing chamber when the housing is closed. First and second liners are releasably secured by liner retainers to the respective first and second housing sections. A plurality of kneader pins are secured to the liner sections and cooperate with a kneader screw disposed in the mixing chamber to knead or mix various materials.

摘要： A transmission for an extruder with two tapering helical shafts (1) consists of a driveshaft (6) driven by a transmission shaft and of two take-off shafts (3 & 4) that slope toward each other and can be coupled to the helical shafts. The transmission shaft and the take-off shafts are accommodated in the same housing (5). An angularly adjustable but rotationally rigid coupling is accommodated between the transmission shaft and the take-off shafts (3 & 4).

摘要： An extruder has a housing and a screw rotatable in the extruder housing about an axis. A drive has a drive housing fixed to the extruder housing, an extension fixed directly to the screw and extending along the axis into the drive housing, and a sleeve-shaped rotor centered on the axis in the drive housing and coaxially surrounding the screw extension. Structure rotation-ally fixes the rotor directly to the screw extension. A sleeve-shaped stator centered on the axis and fixed in the drive housing coaxially surrounds the rotor. The stator and rotor together form a motor that can rotate the screw about the axis.
