    摘要: A control mechanism for maneuvering an end effector is provided. The control mechanism comprises multiple actuator assemblies, multiple arm assemblies, and the end effector. Each of the multiple arm assemblies connect the end effector and the multiple actuator assemblies respectively. Each multiple actuator assemblies controls the movement of the multiple arm assemblies independently. One of the arm is rotated by a tool actuator where the rotating motion of the rotating arm drives a tool attached at the end effector. The control mechanism positions the tool actuator away from the end effector, thereby operating the tool at a remote location away from the end effector.

    摘要: In a two-shaft extruder, a pair of rotor shafts (1) is rotatably arranged such that the closer to the head end of the pair, the smaller the distance between the pair. The pair of rotor shafts (1) is respectively provided with screw blades (2) mounted on the head end side of the pair. The rotor shafts (1) are adapted such that one screw blade (2a) enters gaps of the other screw blade (2b). Drive devices (M) for rotationally driving the pair of rotor shafts (1) are mounted on the respective base ends of the pair. The extruder has a screw blade contact prevention mechanism (SS) which, when the pair of rotor shafts (1) is driven, prevents the pair from having a phase difference greater than a predetermined level.

    摘要: An extruder device includes an extruder worm and a worm drive that has a drive motor, which is provided with a rotor. The rotor is connected to the extruder worm during operation in such a way that the rotor and extruder worm rotate at the same speed during operation. The rotor can be connected to detachable torque-transmitting elements which transmit torque between the rotor and the extruder worm and which can be detached when refitting occurs. The detachable torque-transmitting elements include a torque-transmission point at which torque is transmitted from a bushing to a connecting section which is at least partially encompassed by the bushing. The torque-transmission point in an axial direction is located outside the rotor.

    摘要: An extruder capable of obtaining a treatment volume equal to that of the conventional art without enlarging a screw diameter is provided. The extruder includes screw shafts, a drive unit, and a barrel, in which three or more screw shafts having the same diameter and the same root diameter in a waveform shape are engaged with each other and arranged in parallel to each other horizontally or nearly horizontally, while a distance between axial centers is made equal. According to the above configuration, the same treatment volume as that of a conventional extruder can be handled by screw shafts of smaller diameter as compared with that of the conventional art. By using the screw shafts of the smaller diameter as compared with the conventional art, temperature irregularities of an extrusion material in screw grooves, leakage of the extrusion material from the screw shafts, an installation area of the extruder, and the like conventional trouble of various kinds can be eliminated.
