    Abstract: A geared turbomachine has a transmission housing with a upper part and a lower part joined to the upper part along a main joint extending at least in sections perpendicular to a vertical direction. A main gear is in the transmission housing and a first pinion cover is connected to the upper part along a first pinion joint consisting of a first horizontal section extending perpendicular to the vertical direction and a first vertical section extending from the first horizontal section at a first angle. A first pinion shaft has a first shaft body in the first pinion joint and in the transmission housing and carries a first pinion meshing with the main gear. A first turboimpeller is fixed to the first shaft body.

    Abstract: An accessory gearbox for an aircraft turbine engine having a radial shaft connecting a high-pressure body of the turbine engine to a gear train having at least one mixed shaft coupled to a high-speed device. The accessory gearbox has a clutch system having a low-speed motor mounted thereon and configured to mate with the mixed shaft such that: in an engaged position of the clutch, the low-speed motor is coupled to the mixed shaft so as to drive the high-pressure body at low speed when the turbine engine is stationary and, in a disengaged position of the clutch, the low-speed motor is decoupled from the mixed shaft so as to be protected when the turbine engine is in operation.

    Abstract: A transmission with alternating rotary disks contains a plurality of first rotary disk assemblies, a plurality of second rotary disk assemblies, a drive shaft, and a gearbox shell. The plurality of first rotary disk assemblies is rotatably connected to the plurality of second rotary disk assemblies, where the plurality of first rotary disk assemblies and the second plurality of disk assemblies are arranged in a specified pattern. The first rotary disk assembly contains a first rotary element that rotates in one direction when the drive shaft is subjected to torque. The second rotary disk assembly contains a second rotary element that rotates in the opposite direction, relative to the first rotary element rotation.

    Abstract: A modular multi-engine system having a plurality of engines and a plurality of gear units each gear unit having at least one rotatable member and a drive shaft being driven by one of the plurality of engines, where at least one of the gear units is a main gear and the other peripheral gear unit(s). Each rotatable member of each gear unit engages at least one other rotatable member of an adjacent gear unit such as to ultimately transfer torque from all the engines operable in said modular multiengine system to an output drive shaft connected to said main gear unit. The rotatable member of at least one of the peripheral gear units is located at a different height than at least one other cogwheel of another gear unit. The main gear unit includes an upper rotatable member and a lower rotatable member coaxially connected.
