摘要: A heat press includes a screen printing head and a stamp unit. The stamp unit includes a frame, carriages, a support, and a platen or ironer. The horizontal position of the platen relative to the horizontal position of the screen printing head can be adjusted by unlocking carriages from the guide rails and sliding the carriages while the frame remains attached to the screen printing head. Also, the platen is coupled to the support so that a horizontal position of the platen relative to the support is fixed, and a vertical position of the platen relative to the support is floating. The heat press is suitable for applying a print on a substrate, such as a stack of fabric layers of different sizes.

The surface of the upper platen is in contact with the surface of the lower platen in the closed position.

摘要: A printing device includes: a platen roller, a pair of bearings, and a holder. The platen roller has a rotational shaft extending in a first direction. The bearings rotatably support respective end portions of the rotational shaft. Each of the bearings includes an abutment portion. The holder includes a pair of fitting portions into which the bearings is respectively fitted. Each of the fitting portions includes: a receiving portion, an opening portion, and an engagement portion extending from the receiving portion. The receiving portion has an inner space configured to receive the corresponding bearing. The abutment portion is configured to abut against the engagement portion. In a case where an external force in a direction toward the opening portion is applied to the bearing, the engagement portion is configured to be deformed so as to reduce an area of the opening portion, thereby immovably engaging the bearing.

摘要: A manual self-inking stamping device including a base for contacting material to be stamped, such base having a recess in which a self-inking stamp pad is supported for vertical movement with respect thereto. A depressable handle threadedly engages a shaft extending through the base from the stamp pad, and a movable member is disposed about the shaft for selective meshing engagement with the base at one end of the movable member and for engagement with the handle at the other end to lock the handle against rotational movement about the shaft. A spring disposed intermediately of the handle and the movable member urges the handle and the stamp pad upwardly and urges the movable member into engagement with the base. The handle may be depressed against the biasing force of the spring to bring the stamp pad into contact with the material to be stamped, the movable member acting as a stop to restrict the vertical depression of the handle. The stamping pressure which may be exerted against the material may be varied by adjusting the effective length of the shaft between the handle and the movable member by moving the movable member upwardly out of meshing engagement with the base and rotating the handle about the shaft.

摘要: A heat press includes a clutch and a linkage that moves the upper platen relative to the lower platen. A first link is pivotably coupled to the base and pivotably coupled to an intermediate link. The intermediate link can rotate in a first rotational direction from a first rotational position to a second rotational position. A first clutch member can be coupled to the intermediate link. A second clutch member can be mounted to the upper platen for common movement with the upper platen. When the intermediate link is in the first rotational position, the clutch can be disengaged to permit relative movement in the clamping direction between the first and second clutch members. When the intermediate link is in the second rotational position, the clutch can be engaged to inhibit relative movement between the first and second clutch members.
