摘要： A seat arrangement for a vehicle comprises a floor having a first section, a second section, and a third section, arranged one behind another while rising stepwise from another section in front, a first row seat disposed on the first section of the floor, a second row seat which is disposed on the second section of the floor in use, and which is foldable forward so as to be in substantially a level state, a third row seat which is disposed on the third section of the floor in use, and which is rotatable backward along with an associated seat base so as to be in substantially in a level state. A luggage compartment having a flat bottom is formed when the second row seat is folded, and the third row seat is rotated backward.

摘要： A rear passenger seat adapted for use in a vehicle compartment, the passenger seat having a seat cushion the front end portion of which is supported by a support leg assembly pivotally mounted on a recessed portion of the compartment floor and the rear end portion of which is locked in place by means of a lock mechanism on a deck portion of the compartment floor, wherein the support leg assembly includes a support leg pivotally mounted on the recessed portion of the compartment floor for pivotal movement in a fore-and-aft direction, a leg support member pivoted at its lower end to an upper end of the support leg and pivoted at its upper end to a support frame of the seat cushion to be folded forward at the upper end of the support leg and retainer means provided on a vertical wall between the recessed portion and deck portion of the compartment floor for releasably retaining the support leg assembly in an upright position by engagement therewith, and wherein a pneumatic spring is disposed a between the leg support member of the support leg assembly and a rear end portion of the support frame of the seat cushion to bias the leg support member in a direction for straightening the support leg assembly.

摘要： A fold flat vehicle seat comprises a seat assembly mounted on a movable track member slidably engaging a fixed track member, and lockable by a track lock. The seat assembly includes a seatback member mounted on a seat cushion member for forward folding between a substantially upright occupiable design position and a substantially horizontal load supporting position. A downwardly and rearwardly sloped ramp is mounted on the fixed track member. A drive link assembly is mounted on the seatback member for translational engagement of a ramp contact member with the ramp. As the seatback member is forwardly folded from the upright occupiable design position to the load supporting position the track lock releases and the ramp contact member moves downwardly and rearwardly along the ramp to thereby cause rearward longitudinal movement of the seat assembly relative to the fixed track member to a predetermined rear longitudinal position.

摘要： A seat assembly for an automotive vehicle comprising a main support frame adapted to secure the seat assembly to the floor of the vehicle. A seat cushion is rotatably journaled to the main support frame for rotation between a seating position and a fold flat position rotated generally 180 degrees about the frame. A seat back is pivotally coupled to the main support frame for rotation between a generally upright seating position to a fold flat position aligned generally flush with the seat cushion in the fold flat position. A lower track is fixedly secured to the main support frame and an upper track is fixedly secured to the seat back and slidably secured to the lower track. An automatic fold mechanism is operatively coupled between the upper track and the seat cushion for automatically rotating the seat cushion between the seating position and the fold flat position in response to fore and aft sliding movement of the upper track along the lower track.

A load floor assembly is attached to the seat back so that in the normal position the seat back is generally perpendicular to the seat base, and in the load floor position the seat back is generally parallel with the seat base and rotated about the load floor pivot, so that the load floor assembly covers the seat back and the seat base.

The retainer board includes a core material, a decorative cover composed of one cover element and the other cover element opposing to the one cover element to enclose the core material, and a mount segment extending from the retainer board and connected to the rear decorative cover component of the seat back. The mount segment serves as a hinge to enable the retainer board to be placed in an inoperative rest position and in an operative unfold position.

摘要： When a rear seat is moved forward, a front leg is swung forward around a roller arm. When the front leg of the rear seat is swung forward by a predetermined angle, a hook provided in the roller arm is detached from a round bar portion of a striker so that a roller is moved downward along a guide rail. Further, as the roller is moved downward along the guide rail, the front leg of the rear seat is swung forward around the roller arm. Therefore, a radius of rotation of the seat is reduced when the rear seat is moved to a position for storage on a vertical-front-side floor surface.

A portion for lifting a front edge portion of the bridge plate in conjunction with the uprising movement of the seatback is provided at the rear of the seatback to prevent the seatback from getting stuck on the front edge portion of the bridge plate.

A panel is pivotally connected to the seat bottom. The panel is automatically moved between a first position underneath the seat bottom when the seat bottom is in the seating position, and a generally horizontally deployed position when the seat bottom is moved to the storage position.
