Abstract:
The present invention provides improvements in both container design and product offering for a filing system. The invention provides four improvements over current art in hanging file storage containers. First it provides a unique method of folding that allows a pop-up style hanging file box to be collapsed to approximately one third the size of existing art. Second, the container lid has a unique design that allows it to function in three distinct ways: as a retail package, as an additional storage container, and when slightly altered, as a traditional file box cover. Third, it introduces snap on side rails to stabilize the box and allow for files to glide easily. And fourth, the storage container has taller ends to provide for more room inside and to prevent the box top from crushing the files. Finally, because of the improved and more efficient size and storage elements, the invention provides a ready made, all-in-one filing and organization system of an acceptable size for multipurpose, retail and home use, heretofore unavailable.

A flag label for attaching to a product has adhesive faced transparent over-laminate and under-laminate layers on opposite sides of a printed layer. This assembly is releasably mounted on a release liner prior to use. The over-laminate defines an pressure sensitive adhesive backed tab portion demarcated by a tear line of perforations from a body portion of the label, which has pressure sensitive adhesive areas on its rear surface. The tab portion extends from the body portion and a portion of the body portion is unsupported by the product when attached.
Abstract:
A greeting card made of a single sheet of material and adapted for holding a substantially flat object, comprises at least two sections separated by a single folding line, a first of the two sections having a smaller dimension than the second section in the direction perpendicular to the folding line. One of the two sections is formed with at least one slit spaced from the folding line and the other section is formed with at least one slit-engaging portion insertable into the at least one slit when the greeting card is folded along the folding line. Thereby, the first section lies flat over the second section and a pocket is formed for holding a flat object.
