The swing mechanism includes a fixed attachment member fixed to the fixed frame, a swing shaft supported by the fixed attachment member, a spring, and a sensor. The spring applies a spring force to the support member in a direction opposite to a direction in which the support member swings by the tension of the yarn. The sensor detects the tilt amount of the support member when the support member swings.

摘要： A package holder for use in winding yarn packages comprises at least one arm adapted to support a bobbin tube and pivotable about a first axis as a yarn package is formed on the tube. The arm is also pivotable about a second axis extending transversely to the first axis to make it possible to install or remove the bobbin tubes or packages. A first member is provided which is movable with the arm during the pivoting movement thereof about the first axis. A second member is engaged by the first member and is so mounted that relative movement of the first and second members occurs during the pivoting movement of the arm about the first axis. The zone of contact between the first and second members either includes or passes so close to the second axis that the forces acting between the first and second members have no or only negligible effect on the pivoting about the second axis, or a biassing arrangement for pivoting the arm about the second axis compensates for the effect of any offset of the zone of contact relative to the second axis on such pivoting about the second axis.

摘要： The controlled magnetic bearing arrangement supports a rotatable shaft and contains an electronic control circuit. The shaft is floatingly supported in the bearing arrangement by magnets controlled by the electronic control circuit and the stiffness of the shaft is thereby adjustable. The shaft may constitute a package support shaft in a winding device of a spinning machine and has a free end for permitting the axial exchange of bobbin tubes and packages. This arrangement provides the advantages of attaining very high rotational speeds for the package support shaft and the possibility of varying the stiffness of such package support shaft and thus the critical rotational speeds. The regions of the critical rotational speeds can be passed through in a safe manner.

摘要： A yarn winding apparatus is disclosed which includes means for facilitating the doffing of relatively large, heavy packages. The apparatus includes a U-shaped package holder having a pair of parallel arms, and a pair of mounting discs are mounted adjacent the free ends of the arms for mounting a bobbin tube therebetween. A package guide member is also mounted to the arms of the holder, with the guide member including a pair of tracks which are adapted to be positioned so as to underlie the ends of the bobbin tube and extend slightly downwardly toward the front of the machine. Control means are also provided for axially separating the mounting discs, to release the ends of the bobbin tube, and so that a full package may be released from the package holder. The package is then adapted to fall onto the tracks of the guide member, and roll forwardly along the tracks to a readily accessible position adjacent the front of the machine.
