According to the invention, in order to obtain a vibration-damping apparatus which is unproblematic both with regard to safety and with regard to contamination and which also always ensures a vibrationally relatively stable state of the package cradle, the vibration damper is in the form of a friction damper (20) having friction forces of different intensity depending on the working direction, the friction forces acting as the cross-wound package (5) lifts off during the winding operation being greater than the friction forces acting during the return of the cross-wound package (5).-

摘要: A winding device for winding a yarn onto a package tube has a spindle that holds and rotationally drives the package tube. A support roller abuts against a peripheral surface of the yarn winding package during winding of the yarn. The spindle is supported by a pivotably mounted swivel arm so as to swivel relative to the support roller. A contact-force control device is provided and includes an actuator disposed to actuate the swivel arm, and a control device configured with the actuator. A bending beam load cell is configured on the swivel arm to determine an actual value of a contact force between the yarn package and the support roller. The contact force is regulated to a predetermined target value via control of the actuator by the control device.

摘要: The invention relates to an automatic turret type yarn winding device. The automatic bobbin changeover process involves winding of yarn on a bobbin, followed by rotation of the turret to bring an empty bobbin into the winding position. Pressure rollers are provided to ensure consistent and accurate winding. The accurate relative positioning of the bobbins and pressure rollers is important. Wear and tear and particulate dust may cause malfunctioning of winder systems which may affect accuracy of turret rotations and relative positioning of the bobbins and pressure rollers, especially when the turret rotation during bobbin changeover stage is done in a single rotation. The invention provides a device and a method to position spindle precisely in turret type automatic winder, especially to identify correct stationing position of turret spindle after reverse movement post doffing. It involves, during the bobbin changeover process, the step of rotating the turret in at least two discrete rotational movements carried out at controlled speeds, whereby the empty bobbin assumes its accurate winding position.

摘要: A spun yarn winding device includes a machine body; a turret; a feeding roller that is fixed to the machine body, is not in contact with winding bobbins, and feeds yarns to the winding bobbins at a speed equal to or faster than a winding speed; a traverse device fixed at an upstream side of an advance direction of the yarns relative to the feeding roller and which traverses the yarns; a peripheral speed detection unit that detects a peripheral speed of the winding bobbins; and a control unit that is arranged and programmed to perform a basic operation to maintain a free length of the yarns at a standard length by controlling a rotational angle of a turret during a yarn winding period, the free length of the yarns being located between the feeding roller and the winding bobbins.

A counter force detector 7, 8 or 13 which detects the counter force created by the rotation of the contact roller against the bobbin holder, and a control part eliminates slips by adjusting the relative rotation speeds of the bobbin holder BH1 and the contact roller CR based on the output of the counter force detecting means 7, 8 or 13.

摘要: In a turret type yarn winder, a contact pressure acting on a roller bail by a yarn package is detected and used for controlling the rotation of a turret disc in accordance with the development of yarn layers on a bobbin so that the contact pressure is maintained at a predetermined value. A roller bail (5) detects a pressure acting thereon from a yarn package by a contact pressure sensor (7). If the detected contact pressure is higher than a target value, the turret disc (1) is driven in the direction to reduce the contact pressure. A driving torque of a motor (11) for driving the turret disc (1) is controlled in the normal/reverse direction by a signal corresponding to a deviation between the detected contact pressure and the target value so that the detected contact pressure coincides with the target value.
