    摘要: A method and apparatus for controlling the fabrication of electroexplosive devices. An electroexplosive device is loaded with an explosive by pressure loading or ignition drop or other techniques, the explosive surrounding an electroexplosive bridgewire located within the device. A self-balancing bridge is connected to the bridgewire to monitor the bridgewire thermal conductance during loading. In one embodiment of the invention, an indicator is connected to the self-balancing bridge to display the variation in thermal conductance providing an indication of the thermal contact between the explosive and the bridgewire. In an alternative embodiment, the output of the self-balancing bridge is coupled to a comparator which compares the bridgewire thermal conductance to a desired value. The output of the comparator is an error signal which is amplified in an amplifier connected thereto, the amplified error signal being coupled to a control device to control the loading of the electroexplosive device and provide consistent and improved thermal contact between the explosive and the bridgewire.

    摘要: Bags of explosive are loaded rapidly into deep wellbores by suspending a rigid positioning tube partway into the wellbore, and loading the bags into the tube, the bags being prevented from dropping through the open bottom end of the tube by a cord attached to the lowermost bag and secured at the upper end of the tube when the tube-suspending cable is in tension by a cord-securing/releasing means, e.g., a pivotable bar having a hook on one end. When the bag-laden tube is lowered to the bottom of the wellbore, or to a column of bags previously placed therein, the tension on the cable is relaxed and the cord is released, allowing the positioning tube thereafter to be raised to the surface for re-use, leaving the cord and bags in the wellbore. Freedom of the bag-supporting cord to move with respect to the positioning tube when the latter is raised to the surface is assured by threading the cord through plastic tubing mounted to the wall of the positioning tube and releasable therefrom for re-use.

    摘要: The present invention relates to cast-loading of explosive charge compositions comprising at least two explosive components for cast-loading of a plurality of moulds or shell bodies (6) in a closed transportable unit (1). The moulds or shell bodies (6) are preheated to a predetermined temperature essentially corresponding to the melting temperature of the explosive charge composition. With the predetermined temperature substantially maintained the moulds or shell bodies (6) are filled with the liquid explosive charge composition after which a vibration movement of a specific frequency is imparted on the filled moulds or shell bodies by means of ball vibrators (24). Heavy particles of the explosive charge composition sink to the lower parts of the moulds or shell bodies. After a predetermined time period for sedimentation the filled and vibrated moulds or shell bodies are then cooled to a low temperature for solidification of the charges.
