    摘要: The present disclosure relates to an electrode of an electrochemical measuring system and includes a housing having a chamber in which an electrolyte is arranged, and a potential-forming element which is at least partially arranged in the chamber such that the electrolyte at least partially wets the potential-forming element. A discharge line is made of coinage metal or of an alloy comprising a coinage metal and contacts the potential-forming element. A closure element closes the housing and guides discharge line therethrough. An adhesion promoter which comprises a glass and/or a glass-ceramic material and is arranged between the closure element and the discharge line.

    摘要: A scaling resistant ceramic glaze and a functional overglaze for Q345 hot rolled alloy steel double sided enameling. The components and the weight percentage of each component of the ground glaze of the enamel are as follows: 3-6% of Al2O3, 60-70% of SiO2; 10-15% of B2O3, 10-15% of Na2O+K2O+Li2O, 3-6% of CaF2, 3-6% of ZrO2, 2-5% of CoO+NiO, 1-3% of BaMoO4+Sb2O3, 0.3-1.5 of WO3. The ground glaze is prepared by formulating chemical raw materials in a weight ratio converted by the described chemical composition, stirring thoroughly and mixing uniformly, melting same in a rotary furnace at 1200-1350° C., and then quenching the melt. The provided scaling resistant ceramic glaze and functional overglaze for Q345 hot rolled alloy steel double sided enameling can be applied to Q345 steel that contains C, P, S and the like which are considered harmful elements and contains a variety of common alloy elements.

    摘要: A glass material for enamel is provided that can be used to produce an enamel product in which a luster pigment does not dissolve in glass and can thus maintain its luster properties to provide a metallic texture and high surface gloss. The glass material for enamel in accordance with the present invention contains a frit that has a composition thereof including 40 wt % to 60 wt % of silicon dioxide, 15 wt % to 35 wt % of boron oxide, and 18 wt % or less of one or more alkali metal oxides selected from the group consisting of lithium oxide, sodium oxide and potassium oxide, and a luster pigment for providing a metallic look.

    摘要: An enamel composition, a method for preparing an enamel composition, and a cooking appliance are provided. The enamel composition may include 15 to 50 wt % of phosphorus pentoxide (P2O5); 1 to 20 wt % of silicon dioxide (SiO2); 1 to 20 wt % of boron oxide (B2O3); 5 to 20 wt % of one or more of lithium superoxide (Li2O), sodium oxide (Na2O), or potassium oxide (K2O); 1 to 5 wt % of one or more of sodium fluoride (NaF), calcium fluoride (CaF2), or aluminum fluoride (AlF3); 1 to 35 wt % of one or more of magnesium oxide (MgO), barium oxide (BaO), or calcium oxide (CaO); and 5 to 30 wt % of one or more of titanium dioxide (TiO2), vanadium pentoxide (V2O5), molybdenum trioxide (MoO3), or iron oxide (Fe2O3). With such an enamel composition, cleaning may be performed at a low temperature for thermal decomposition, and contaminants, such as fat, may be more completely removed.

    摘要: Bulk paint and ceramic powder systems, methods of forming same, and methods of forming a flexible ceramic coating on a metal substrate are disclosed. The systems may include a ceramic composition having between 2 to 30 weight percent of an alkali metal oxide, such as K2O, Na2O, and Li2O or mixtures thereof, between 10 to 74 weight percent SiO2, and between 23 to 79 weight percent B2O3. Additives that are nonwetting with molten metals, such as boron nitride, provide durable coatings for metal processing operations. The ceramic composition may include less than 5 weight percent additional metal oxides. The bulk paint system further may include water and a cellulosic suspension agent to form a bulk paint. The ceramic powder system may be processed to form a uniform powder. The bulk paint or uniform powder may be applied to a metal substrate, such as a ferrous metal substrate, dried, and heated to form a flexible coating on the metal substrate.
