Thus, without the intermediation of a thread tension measuring means, the difference between the actual-value relationship and the target-value relationship is continually evened out by control of the feed speed of the thread sheet that the driven turning roller is provided with a slip-preventing circumferential surface.

    摘要: In a warping machine, once a temporary feed speed for a warping reed is set in synchronism with the speed of rotation of the warping drum, the winding thickness of the warp lap is detected several times and the feed speed is corrected depending on the number of revolutions of the warping drum and the winding thickness that results therefrom. The winding of the warp lap is then completed at the corrected feed speed. During a starting phase, a theoretically correct feed speed for at least the first revolution of the warping drum is derived from warp parameters, such as the total number of threads, the width of the warp and the yarn count. The winding thickness of the first warp section is continuously and contactlessly measured during a learning phase that follows the starting phase, or during the starting phase. For that purpose, a winding thickness measurement arrangement is held at a predetermined, substantially constant distance from the surface of the warp layer that has just been wound. The winding thickness is determined from the signals produced by the winding thickness measurement arrangement and the feed speed is regulated on the basis of the winding thickness on the second revolution of the warping drum at the earliest, from after the learning phase is finished. The regulated feed speed is stabilized in a working phase and a constant feed speed for the rest of the warping process is determined from the latest data obtained.

    摘要: The yarn crossing device of a sectional warping machine has a height adjustable cross reed (16), two guide rods (28, 29) which are able to slide in opposition to each other, as well as a horizontally displaceable leasing device (34, 35). Drive motors (22, 33), which are independent from one another and separately controllable, are allocated at least to the cross reed (16) and to the guide rods (28, 29). Preferably a separate drive motor (38) for the leasing device and a cross-wound motor (17) for the oscillating motion of the cross reed (16) is also provided. The independent drive motors make possible automation and programming of the different operational sequences which are necessary for the formation of yarn crossings or the rectification of breakages.

    摘要: In the process for the control of the warp speed during direct warping, the winding diameter is determined by a contactless measurement. The actual thread speed is determined from the winding diameter and the current warp beam rate of rotation. A direct warping machine for carrying out this process has a transducer for measuring the winding diameter. This transducer is located proximate to but not in contact with the circumference of the winding for measuring the winding diameter. Also included is an arrangement for the determination of the rate of rotation of the warp beam. Also, a computer can calculate the thread speed from the above outputs that correspond to winding diameter and rate of rotation.
