摘要: An automatic wet towel supplying apparatus is disclosed. The automatic wet towel supplying apparatus comprises a housing, a casing, pulling means, cutting means, water supplying means and control means. The housing includes a cloth holding part for rotatably holding cloth in the form of a roll so that the cloth is pulled away and a towel storage chamber for storing wet towels for supply. The casing is fixed to the front portion of the interior of the housing by means of bolts so as to be easily removed from the housing. The cutting means includes a second motor, a rotary cutter rotated by the second motor, and a stationary cutter. The water supplying means is mounted in the housing, includes a water storage tank, a pump, a filtering unit and a nozzle, and serves to spray water on the cut towels. The control means includes a control board mounted on an outer surface of the housing, a first sensor for sensing a length of the cloth that is pulled by the pulling means, a second sensor for sensing a total number of rotations of the rotary cutter of the cutting means, and a microprocessor for controlling power supply to the first motor, the second motor and the pump by processing the signals from the control board, the first sensor and the second sensor.

摘要: A dirt and oil removing apparatus that is placed in the tub of a household or industrial washer for reducing or eliminating the need for detergent. The dirt and oil removing apparatus includes a water permeable receptacle made of a lipophilic fiber, which absorbs oil or oil like liquids. The receptacle holds pieces of inorganic material for absorbing or adsorbing dirt and pieces of lightweight material for decreasing the density of the apparatus as a whole. Preferably, the density of the apparatus as a whole is about 0.90 to about 0.93.

摘要: A wash tank adapted for use with a carbon dioxide cleaning medium has a body member having a front opening formed therein, the body member having side walls and a back wall opposite the front opening. The side walls terminate in a front body member edge portion that defines the front opening. The edge portion serves in the sealing mechanism, as discussed below. A substantially cylindrical basket is disposed within the body member for rotation about a generally horizontal axis. The basket has a front opening formed therein, and has a side wall and a back wall opposite the front opening. The basket side wall terminates in a front basket edge portion defining the basket front opening. The said basket edge portion is spaced forward from the body member edge portion when the basket is positioned in the body member, serving to prevent loose garments or materials placed within the basket from becoming caught in the seal and interfering with seal integrity. A drive mechanism is included to rotate the basket about the axis. A door is hingeably connected to the body member, with the door having front wall and side walls, and with the side walls terminating in an inner edge portion configured to abut said body member edge portion. The door inner edge portion and the body member edge portion comprise a seal for sealing the door and body member to form an enclosed pressure vessel. A lock mechanism is connected to the body member and configured to sealably connect the body member outer edge portion with the door inner edge portion when the door is in a closed position. A plug is connected to the door, the plug having a surface portion configured to abut the basket front opening when the door is closed, yet permitting rotation of the basket within the body member while preventing items within the said basket from escaping during rotation of said basket. Methods and systems employing the tank are also disclosed.

摘要: The present invention relates a washing machine having a floatage clutch for performing the conversion of a cleansing step and a dehydrating step. This floatage clutch can be actuated only by using floatage and gravity to be generated during the feeding/draining of water without a separate driving part. Accordingly, the construction of clutch part can be simplified, and consequently the cost of manufacturing of the washing machine can be reduced.

摘要: A recycling system for laundry wash water having a collection tank for collecting used wash water. A holding tank connected to the collection tank has heat exchange piping in the interior of the holding tank. A lint/grit separator is connected to the holding tank. A lint filter acting as a second stage in lint removal is connected to the holding tank. An oil separator for removing free oil is connected to the lint filter. A media filter having a medium of fine rock is connected to the oil separator. A hydrocarbon absorption filter is connected to the media filter. An activated carbon filter is connected to the hydrocarbon absorption filter. A final holding tank is connected to an ozone generator so that clean and processed water leaves the final holding tank. Clean and processed water leaving the final holding tank is channelled to the heat exchange piping in the holding tank which uses the used wash water from the collection tank to heat the clean and processed water before the clean and processed water goes on to a hot water server connected to a wash machine facility.
