摘要： A fiber structure manufacturing apparatus including: an accumulation portion that accumulates a material containing a resin and a fiber in air to generate a fiber web; a transport portion that transports the generated fiber web in a transport direction; and a heating and pressurizing portion that pressurizes the transported fiber web with a heated lower flat plate and an upper flat plate to melt the resin, in which a liquid absorbent having a first region where pressurization by the heating and pressurizing portion is performed the predetermined number of times and a second region where the pressurization is performed more than a predetermined number of times is formed by alternately repeating transport at a predetermined pitch shorter than a length of the flat plate in the transport direction by the transport portion and the pressurization.

摘要： The present invention relates to a porous support (20) intended to be removably positioned on a top side (11b) of a perforated plate (11) of a table (10) of a vacuum hold down device (1), the perforated plate having a bottom side (11a) connected to a vacuum system (13) for producing reduced pressure on the bottom side, wherein the porous support includes a perforated tray (21) provided on one side (21a) with outer reliefs (23) and on the other side (21b) with a blade penetrable porous structure (22) fixed thereon. The invention further relates to a vacuum hold down device (1) including such a support. The invention also relates to a process for replacing a first porous support by a second porous support in such a device.

摘要： A partially separated fiber bundle includes separation-processed sections, each divided into a plurality of bundles of at least three bundles, and not-separation-processed sections, that are alternately formed along the lengthwise direction of a fiber bundle that comprises a plurality of single fibers. The partially separated fiber bundle is characterized in that, at any width-direction cross-section taken along the lengthwise direction thereof, a rate of single fibers contained in a region at which adjacent divided fiber bundles are joined by a not-separation-processed part is 67% or less relative to the total single fibers in the width-direction cross-section.

As a result, it is possible to automatically continue the cutting operation of towel cloth by successively drawing out the towel material without substantially stopping the cutting operation even if the towel material has a weave error in the length of uniformly woven portions therein since it can be drawn out long enough to be easily found and removed later so that it is possible to remarkably improve productivity and operability in a towel sewing factory.

The lower portion has a vertical wall vertically below the channel and against which the cut edge of first carpet portion is located to abut during cutting of the second carpet portion on the ramp so that when the guide is removed the two cut edges will fall into edge-to-edge abutment for joining together.
