摘要： Shown is a filter material for manufacturing a segment for a smoking article, wherein the filter material is hydroentangled and contains at least 50% and at most 100% cellulose fibers, each with respect to the mass of the filter material, wherein the filter material has a basis weight of at least 15 g/m2 and at most 60 g/m2, wherein the thickness of one layer of the filter material, measured in accordance with ISO 534:2011, is at least 25 μm and at most 400 μm, and wherein the filter material has a creep tendency in the thickness direction of at most 10%, wherein the creep tendency is the relative decrease in the thickness of 5 layers of the filter material, measured in accordance with ISO 534:2011, within 20 s after the start of the thickness measurement.

摘要： Absorbent substrates including a high percentage of superabsorbent material and method of manufacturing such absorbent substrates are disclosed. An absorbent substrate can include an intake layer including a first plurality of fibers and an absorbent layer. The absorbent layer can include superabsorbent material providing greater than 80% of the absorbent layer by total weight of the absorbent layer. The intake layer and the absorbent layer can provide an integrated material including an interface between the intake and absorbent layers. The interface can include at least some of the first plurality of fibers of the intake layer mixed with at least some of the absorbent layer.

摘要： The present invention relates to a hyaluronate nonwoven fabric composed of hyaluronate fibers and a manufacturing method therefor, wherein a nonwoven fabric composed of only pure hyaluronate is provided without the addition of any heterogeneous fiber, such as PVA which is a binding fiber essentially added during a wet-laid nonwoven fabric manufacturing process, so that a nonwoven fabric composed of only hyaluronate fibers with excellent human compatibility and without cytotoxicity, skin irritation, and the like can be provided, and thus can be used as patches for cosmetic patches, wet wound dressings, tissue adhesion barrier membranes, and the like.

摘要： Methods apparatuses and systems of forming a random fiber web using pneumatic fiber feeding system are disclosed. In one embodiment, a method can optionally comprise: providing a plurality of moveable apparatuses including a lickerin and a feeder, the lickerin configured to remove a plurality of fibers from a fibrous mat delivered to adjacent the lickerin by the feeder; doffing the plurality of fibers from the lickerin at a doffing location within the system; communicating an air supply to entrain the plurality of fibers with the air supply after the doffing; and collecting the plurality of fibers from the air supply to form the random fiber web.
