    摘要： A device for closing a transport duct for a liquid with the aid of said liquid, for example, a siphon, said device mainly comprising a housing (1) with a liquid chamber, a tube stub (4) connected in airtight manner with said housing (1) and reaching at the most up to the liquid chamber and a drain stub (5) opening out above the liquid chamber for connection with the transport duct (15), wherein around the pipe stub (4) there is arranged a body (8) capable of floating on the liquid, while airtight means (10) are arranged between the floating body (8) and either the pipe stub (4) or the wall of the housing (1), whereby it is no longer necessary to have the pipe stub (4) reaching into the liquid in the liquid chamber so that, when liquid is drained, a stream can directly flow beyond the liquid chamber towards the transport duct (15).

    摘要： A “tee” coupling for use with a no-hub cast iron “P-trap”; the tee is directionally rotatable on the a step engaging the standpipe end of the trap. Two interchangeable gasketed ends are provided for securing the coupling in line with the trap. A rigid band for reinforcing the tee fitting is embedded in the walls of the coupling between the two gasketed ends and the coupling is reinforced with an external metal sheath. Paired pipe clamps on each end of the coupling are tightened around the sheath to seal the gaskets to the pipe ends after the “tee” is “aimed” in the desired direction for laying the primer line.

    摘要： A waterless urinal cartridge, for waterless urinals, includes a housing and a cover. The housing includes a waste reservoir configured to hold a predetermined volume of wastewater, and a drainage aperture configured so that an amount of wastewater exceeding the predetermined volume of wastewater flows through the drainage aperture to exit the housing. The cover is coupled to the housing and includes a sealing fluid reservoir having walls that define the waste reservoir and the drainage aperture, the walls of the sealing fluid reservoir form a containment perimeter with an open bottom so as to contain a sealing fluid floating on top of the predetermined volume of wastewater, and a plurality of fluid passages direct wastewater from the fluid bowl to the sealing fluid reservoir. The waste reservoir includes a fluid flow control feature that restrains wastewater movement within the waste reservoir in response to a change in vehicle dynamics.

    摘要： A vented drain for recreational vehicles and the like which provides the required venting of sink drains without generally requiring more than one hole through the vehicle wall. The vented drain is substantially a one-piece molded plastic member which connects to the sink drain line within the vehicle and conducts drain fluid through the vehicle wall by a first conduit. A second conduit, either surrounding the first conduit or adjacent thereto, provides a flow path for vent air through the vehicle wall and communicates with a vertically disposed baffle stack within the vehicle to define a flow path for vent air of the required height. This prevents drain fluid flow through the vent and provides a source of vent air to the drain conduit to prevent siphoning of the drain trap. Various embodiments of the basic invention are disclosed.
