摘要: There are provided water supplying pumps and check valves in the connecting pipe passage connecting a plurality of water supplying tanks arranged for each of the floors, and the connecting pipe passage connecting the water supplying tank at the lowermost floor with a water pipe. The water supplying tanks are provided with dampers having air chambers. Hydraulic pressure in each of the water supplying tanks is detected, operation of the water supplying pump is controlled in response to the hydraulic pressure, thereby the hydraulic pressures in all the water supplying tanks are made equal and the variation in hydraulic pressure of the water supplying tanks is absorbed by the dampers. With such an arrangement as above, even if the variation in hydraulic pressure is severe, the water supplying pump does not show any gradual repeating of stopping of driving and so control of the hydraulic pressure can be carried out accurately and easily.

There is a water tube extending from the valve body and a water tube extending from the spout nipple. A conduit has first and second terminations and there is a quick connect adapter attached to each of the first and second terminations. There are cooperating elements on each of the tubes and the quick connect adapters for locking the tubes to the adapters to thereby attach the valve body to the spout nipple.

摘要: A water monitoring and control system adapted for residential and commercial use automatically shuts off the water supply after a predetermined period of time, whether the flow is intentional or unintentional, thereby preventing damage from leaks and other malfunctions. The system also gives an indication of all water flow ranging from normal usage to leakage of a few drops and large flow, as would typically occur due to a break in the plumbing system. The system is easily bypassed in the event of power outages. In terms of hardware, the main components of the system include a normally closed water shut-off valve, preferably solenoid-operated. A pressure-responsive switch senses changes in water pressure and sends a signal in the event of a pressure drop, and a timer is provided to start a timing cycle when there is a demand for water, either intentional or unintentional, and shut-off the flow after a predetermined period of time selected by the user. The system also preferably incorporates a water demand indicator used to visually indicate water usage in the system, again, whether it is intentional or unintentional.

摘要: A faucet spout assembly includes a centerbody, a spout hub with an outwardly extending spout and a retainer located therebetween to limit rotational movement of the spout hub on the centerbody and more specifically to limit the rotational movement of the spout to a range defined by the open area of the sink. The centerbody includes a recess which receives an inward projection of the retainer and limits rotational movement thereof relative to the centerbody. The spout hub includes a cavity with an arcuate recess which receives a retainer outward projection. The length of the arcuate recess is preferably sized to limit the rotational movement of the spout to the open area of the sink. The centerbody includes an annular groove which receives a ledge of the retainer to assist in retainer positioning around the centerbody.
