    Abstract: Apparatuses, systems, and methods for collecting utility meter data are described. An example system may include a flow controller and a server. The flow controller is configured to communicate with a water meter for a property and connected to at least one water outlet of a plurality of water outlets. The server is coupled to one or more infrastructure databases and the flow controller. The server includes a non-transitory computer readable media and is configured to execute instructions stored on the non-transitory computer readable media. The instructions include receiving water usage data from the flow controller and transmitting the water usage data from the water meter for the property to a water utility company.

    Abstract: A method, apparatus, and system for leak detection in a distribution network having consumption meters. The distribution network is divided into zones having an upstream location and a downstream location. An upstream pressure sensor detects the upstream pressure at the upstream location and the downstream pressure sensor detects the detected downstream pressure at the downstream location. A downstream pressure lookup table is used to determine an expected pressure at each downstream location based on a range of hypothetical upstream pressures at the corresponding upstream location and consumption data from the consumption meters. The expected pressure and the detected downstream pressure at each downstream location are compared to determine if the calculated discrepancy exceeds a discrepancy threshold. If a discrepancy exceeds a discrepancy threshold, a leak location lookup table containing a set of potential leak locations based on a range of hypothetical discrepancies is used to determine a set of probable leak locations.

    Abstract: A fluid control system includes a valve, an actuator, a primary valve timing system, and a secondary valve timing system. The valve is operable in an open position and a closed position. The actuator is operable to move the valve from the closed position to the open position. The primary valve timing system is in communication with the actuator and is operable to move the valve from the open position to the closed position after a first period of time.
