摘要： An apparatus for installing soffit segments below the eaves of a building. A main body with a standoff is temporarily fastened to the sub-fascia. A swing arm and a locking arm are pivotally connected to each other and also to the main body, except that a J-shaped slot in the locking arm permits the locking arm to translate, as well as pivot, with respect to the main body. A segment of soffit material is placed upon the swing arm, and the swing arm is rotated about the pivot joint on the main body creating a lever action to lift the soffit material into a horizontal position immediately below the eave. The locking arm slot is notched to lock the locking arm and swing arm, into a fixed position. The apparatus thereby steadily maintains the soffit segment in position pending its permanent attachment to the underside of the eave. The apparatus is temporarily attached to the structure via a clamp arm or via screw into the sub-fascia.

摘要： An apparatus and method of applying a bead of TPO or TPE adhesive between a talc-free first roofing membrane and an overlapping talc-free second roofing membrane. The apparatus includes a movably supported chassis and an extruder attached to the chassis having a nozzle including an outlet having at least one opening for applying the TPO or TPE adhesive between the first membrane and the overlapping second membrane to adhere the overlapping second membrane to the first membrane. The TPO or TPE adhesive is heated within the apparatus allowing application along the seam between the first and second membranes. The outlet of the nozzle is positioned between the first and second membranes with the TPO or TPE adhesive applied between the overlapping portions of the membranes while pressing the overlapping first and second membranes to hold the overlapping portions together.

摘要： Apparatus for erecting a domed structure includes a support base and a guide member extending vertically from the support base. A lifting tower movably engages the guide member. The lifting tower is formed of sequentially added sections telescopingly mounted on the guide member. A plurality of push-up devices are mounted adjacent to the base. A first one of the push-up devices engages a first added section of the lifting tower. A second one of the push-up devices engages a second added section of the lifting tower. The first added section of the lifting tower is offset from the second added section of the lifting tower so that the lifting tower is vertically extended in a stepped sequence relative to the guide member. A dome formed of structural components extends radially outwardly from the lifting tower. A plurality of suspension members are attached to the lifting tower and extend radially outwardly into attachment with the dome, for elevating the dome in response to alternately actuating the first and second push-up devices.

摘要： The invention is directed to a lifting device that can be used to lift, support and align articles such as cabinets, counter tops, shelving and the like during installation and removal. The lifting device includes a base, a hydraulic ram assembly, an adjustable L-shaped bracket assembly and an adjustable platform. The lifting device has a height adjustable range from thirteen inches to eight feet and is adapted to allow the load to be positioned directly over the lift or offset if an extended outward reach is needed. The adjustable platform is designed to allow the lifted article to be pivoted in multiple axes of rotation thereby allowing precision alignment of the cabinet with respect to the wall to which it is to be secured prior to installation.
