The depth adjustment includes a depth adjusting screw, that is stored on the hinge arm or one of these connected assembly parts and has at least one eccentric- or cam disks that is supported on corresponding contact surfaces of the mounting plate and by turning the depth adjustment screw, a movement or shifting of the hinge arm relative to the mounting plate takes place for an amount.

An adjusting device which acts in the horizontal direction to change the distance between the sash and the axis of the pivot bearing is not placed in the region of the support angle, but rather at the end of the support arm which is away from the pivot bearing, and acts between the support arm and a filler piece which is fastened in the groove channel of the sash.

摘要： This invention relates to hinges for mounting a door on a furniture article frame. The hinges include at least a hinge cup member adapted to be affixed to the furniture door and a top hinge arm segment pivotably connected to the hinge cup member and having a top center hole and a top elongated aperture with one end open to the top center hole. Various intermediate hinge arm segments and base hinge arm segments can be used with the top hinge arm segment to allow adjustments to be made in two or three directions. In some embodiments, turning an adjustment screw allows adjustments to be made horizontally from side-to-side so that the desired spacing of the door from opposite sides of the door opening can be set. In some embodiments, turning a cam screw allows adjustments to be made horizontally in-and-out so that the desired alignment of the door with the front face of the furniture article frame can be set. In some embodiments, vertical adjustments can also be made, either by loosening a fastening screw or by turning a cam screw, so that the desired spacing from the top and bottom of the door opening can be set.

摘要： An adjustable hinge assembly is provided for use on a ventilator apparatus, wherein the ventilator apparatus includes a curb, a removable curb cap covering the curb and presenting side and rear edges, and a ventilator supported on the curb cap. The assembly includes a pair of laterally spaced curb cap support plates that each include a first arm adapted to be secured to the curb cap and extending along one of the side edges of the cap, and a second arm adapted to be secured to the curb cap and extending along the rear edge of the cap. The assembly also includes a back plate connected to and between the support plates along the rear edge of the cap, and a pair of laterally spaced curb plates adapted to be secured to the curb. The curb plates support the curb cap support plates, and define a pivot axis about which the curb cap support plates pivot between a first position in which the cap covers the curb, and a second position in which the cap is raised from the curb. At least one bracket is also provided with the assembly, and secures the back plate to the ventilator to support the ventilator during pivoting movement of the cap. The assembly is adjustable so that a single hinge assembly construction can be used universally with various sizes of ventilators.

The flattened body includes a threaded aperture that aligns with an opening through the pin holder. A captured screw threads through the threaded aperture and across the elongated opening. The captured screw includes an adjustment that is accessible through the pin holder opening.
