摘要： A modular, mechanical percussive hammer assembly may be used with drill strings, wireline cable, and coiled tubing. Rotation of a splined driveshaft by downhole electric, hydraulic or mud motor rotates a downwardly-biased hammer and drill body rotatively captured within a upwardly-biased stationary anvil. A bit is carried by the drill body. The hammer contacts and rotates along a cammed control surface of the anvil as the driveshaft is rotated. Interaction between the cammed control surface and the hammer operated to create an axial impact force that is transmitted to the drill body and drill bit.

摘要： An apparatus for boring a wellbore, including a bit body having a first end, an inner cavity, and a second end. The first end is connected to a workstring that is configured to deliver a rotational force to the bit body. The inner cavity contains a profile having a first radial cam surface. The second end includes a working face containing a cutting member. The apparatus also includes a pilot bit rotatively connected within the inner cavity. A second radial cam surface is contained on a first end of the pilot bit. The first and second radial cam surfaces are operatively configured to deliver a hammering force. A second end of the pilot bit may include an engaging surface configured to engage a formation surrounding the wellbore. The bit body rotates relative to the pilot bit.

摘要： A down-hole hammer comprising a drill bit (10) and a drive collar (11) with an interconnection therebetween for causing rotation of the drill bit upon rotation of the drive collar. The drill bit (10) comprises a drill bit head (13) and a shank (19), the drill bit head (13) defining a cutting face (15) and having a circumferential shoulder section (17) adjacent the cutting face (15). The shank (19) extends from the shoulder section (17) in the direction away from the cutting face (15). The interconnection between the drill bit (10) and the drive collar (11) comprises a spline assembly including at least one spline (43) on the shoulder section (17) for mating engagement with at least one counterpart spline (63) on the drive collar (11) to provide a drive coupling therebetween while also allowing the drill bit (10) to slide axially within the drive collar (11) to perform a percussive action.

摘要： Device in hammer machines. The device comprises a machine housing (1) and a hammer piston (2) movable to-and-fro in the machine housing. A drilling tool connected to the machine housing comprises a drill bit (5), a set of tubes (4) for rotating the drill bit and a set of rods (3) for transferring impact energy to the drill bit.
