The flow path is provided such that the height on the side of the inflow portion is lower than the height on the side of the outflow portion, and has a region in which the distance between the center line of a flow path cross section of the flow path and a line along the lowest end in the height direction gradually increases from the outflow portion side toward the inflow portion side.

摘要: A controlling method of vehicle exhaust gas recirculation, an apparatus and an electronic device are provided in vehicle field. Before the GPF/DPF starts to work, controlling the EGR to cool the temperature of the recycled gas at a lowest gas temperature required being entranced into the engine; and after the GPF/DPF starts to work, according to a gas temperature change and an intake flow change of an air intake of the EGR, adjusting an opening of a valve arranged in a vent of the EGR and a working power of a pump arranged in a liquid duct of the EGR, for making the EGR to cool the gas recycled by the EGR in a safe temperature range required by the engine. The controlling method is associated controlled with a cooling system of the EGR, for ensuring the recycled exhaust gas temperature and the EGR rate in a suitable range.

摘要: An exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) cooler includes: a housing including a cavity in which a plurality of tubes are received, and including a coolant inlet conduit allowing a coolant to flow into the cavity therethrough and a coolant outlet conduit allowing the coolant to be discharged from the cavity therethrough; a bypass conduit provided in parallel to the housing; an inlet header sealingly mounted on a first end portion of the housing; and an outlet header sealingly mounted on a second end portion of the housing. The inlet header may include an EGR valve housing, a bypass valve housing, and a cooling chamber defined in the EGR valve housing and the bypass valve housing, and the cooling chamber may be fluidly connected to the cavity of the housing through the coolant outlet conduit.

摘要: An EGR cooler includes a tube assembly formed by stacking a plurality of tubes in which exhaust gas flows and a cover plate having a mounting portion formed concavely to mount the tube assembly thereon. A baffle is mounted at the tube assembly and adjusts flow of coolant inflow from a cylinder block. An inlet cover is installed on a first side of an outer surface of the cover plate to supply the exhaust gas to each tube and an outlet cover is installed on a second side of outer surface of the cover plate to exhaust the exhaust gas from each tube. At least one coolant passage in which the coolant flows is formed between the plurality of tubes.

摘要: A method for controlling a cooling system for a vehicle is provided. The system includes an engine, an EGR cooler, an oil cooler, a heater, a radiator, and a controller. The engine, the EGR cooler, the oil cooler, the heater, and the radiator are respectively connected through a coolant line and coolant circulates through the engine, the EGR cooler, the oil cooler, the heater, and the radiator by operation of a water pump. The controller receives the coolant from the engine and operates a control valve connected with the oil cooler, the heater, and the radiator. The method includes: sensing driving conditions and operating the control valve when a cooling mode is required to decrease the temperature within the vehicle based on the sensed driving conditions. The control valve is operated based on modes controlled depending on a coolant temperature, and among the plurality of modes, one is iteratively performed.
